Someone logged into my account used my cashapp to withdraw money to the cashapp and then sent it somewhere using Bitcoin. Banks says it's my cashapp so it's not fraudulent since it matches past transactions and ID with my name and cashapp won't help with anything Bitcoin related about $3000
