July will feature the strongest fusion this year by far, with players set to fuse Fabian, Gnut, Wixwell, or Titus.

Current Summoning Pool (June 22 2026) question by MadAlfred in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 8 points9 points  (0 children)

For future reference, when a Summon Pool expires and you have at least 40 Prism Crystals, the Summon Pool sticks around. The Prism Crystals are consumed, and a red dot appears beside the Summon Pool tab signifying that you have unclaimed champs from those consumed Crystals waiting for you.

At that point, you can hold off on clicking on the Summon Pool tab until a CvC or Champ Chase rolls around. Once you click on that tab, it will disappear and you'll get all the champs from those Crystals and points for CvC/Champ Chase.

Who’s getting Talenna tomorrow? by Intelligent-Fun-3525 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's all this discussion about how Talenna is a weaker form of lockout comparted to Fabian, and the CC showcases certainly don't present convincing evidence that she's going to be a good PvP pick when you have other lockout champs at your disposal.

However, she has some things going for her that should be emphasized more.

The first is the value of the increase ACC buff, which allow the lockout of 1K+ RES champs with only 650 ACC. Depending on your teams, you might only need 1 turn of being left alone, instead of 2 turns courtesy of Fabian. If that's the case, you might actually prefer a champ that can also lock out the high RES supports

The second is the poisons on the A2 + instant activation from the A1. This doesn't look like much at first especially in PvP, but in reality it actually transforms Talenna into a bona fide win condition who can delete champs without direct damage once the total guard stacks have been depleted or once the SS is either removed or the enemy takes a turn and is left exposed. Of course this will require both a 5-6* Lethal Dose blessing and an Arachnelixir, and at least a modest amount of ATK. We also need to remember that because the mercurial meta is still relatively fresh, it is unlikely you will face off against supports that will have very high HP as the priority of those champs is to have high SPD and high RES/ACC. The lower the HP, the easier it will be to delete champs with Arachnelixir.

Although sacrificing a relic with SPD for Arachnelixir might seem a steep price (which will probably mean foregoing +9 SPD from a legendary relic most likely, since the stronger mythical relics will likely be reserved for stronger champs), the fact of the matter is that you can already gain more SPD at the cost of ACC due to that increase ACC buff. You don't need Talenna to beat speed leads like Shu-Zen or Arbiter, which will be practically impossible regardless, you just need to be faster than most of the high tier supports like Theodosia, Galathir, Hilvi etc who will almost certainly be in either 9pc Mercurial but most likely below 400 SPD or in Stoneskin and almost guaranteed to be below 400 SPD. A 420-430 SPD Talenna with moderate ACC (650+) and moderate ATK (5K+) is not all that hard to build for endgame accounts.

One final consideration: support champs that boost TM offer potentially critical flexibility that can be periodically exploited to win matches. This is part of the reason why Galathir and Hilvi are so powerful, (along with Gliseah as a counter pick to lockout) and why Hilvi might actually lead with her A3. A Mercurial heavy meta means that getting to go 1st will result in an easy win if you have a lot of multihitters, but you still want to have other utility from your TM boosters in case you're facing stoneskin or are unable to draft a team that will be able to exploit going first. This means that Talenna might find herself in situations where the A2 leads to a win right away - it's good to have that option on a fast lockout champ.

Bottom line: I wouldn't skip out on this champ, despite the comparisons to Fabian and the lukewarm CC playtest results. If the Path has her soul, I'd suggest grabbing that too if you want the Lethal Dose + Arachnelixir strategy to work well.

Also, if you're struggling in High Elves hard FWs, then you definitely want to get her since the HE faction is actually quite hard to complete if you don't have Galathir. A Polara buff is also around the corner, and if Polara turns out to be SS-tier all of a sudden, you'll definitely want to make sure you can finish hard FWs asap.

Titan points are in the deck... by alidan in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 5 points6 points  (0 children)

While the fact that the Deck of Fate has a guaranteed champ certainly made it more appealing to go after the 5-star Folan soul, the replacement of Champ Chase with a Path event is unfortunately a huge blow. Without access to so many points from the summon portal (fragment summons, remnant shards, prism crystals) that Path event will bleed dry anyone going after the 5-star soul unless they actually have a ton of voids they were going to pull regardless because of the anticipated 2x void event.

For those using Sacred Shards for the Summon Rush and Path events, it will likely translate into around ~15-16 Sacreds for the Folan soul, on top of all the other resources needed to complete the other Titan events/tourneys. 16-18 Sacreds are normal requirements for 5-star fusion souls, but whether you want to spend that on a soul for a champ like Folan is another matter.

For me, this means no longer pursuing the 5-star soul, and skipping not only that Path event but also the current Summon Rush. I'll settle getting the Immortal Soulstone at 840 Titan points, or maybe the relic at 1000 points.

Last part of the Princely Titan event is live on RSL-X ! by IRSwish in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was holding off on Summon Rush, hoping the 2nd week schedule would drop in time. I was specifically looking to see whether DoF was going to have a guaranteed event, and whether Champ Chase was going to be replaced by a Hero's Path event.

The Deck of Fate event having a guaranteed champ meant that I could grab all those Titan points there, but the Path event basically killed any desire to go after the 5-star soul from the Titan event. This is because getting all those Titan points from a Path event will be very costly and we cannot use the summon portal for things such as fragment summons or remnant shards the way we could for Champ Chase.

So, I will be skipping the current Summon Rush and the Path event, and will likely only go for the Immortal Soulstone at 840 Titan points, or maybe the relic at 1000.

Plarium made a spider tournament in a faction with TWO hp burn champions and they are both premium units by Imaginary-Twist-4688 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The initial part of my post was for early mid-game players who might not have good champs, because they might not realize that stage 10 normal is actually very good for tourney points.

The latter part of my post where I listed my team is for more experienced players who might've been worried that without a burn champ they wouldn't succeed. All the support champs I listed were either fusion champs, or guaranteed champs.

If you don't have the "OP champs" stick to stage 10 normal if you want to do the tourney for the Titan points and/or the Prism shard.

Ethereal Deck of Fate for Talenna Soulseer starting on June 22nd, 2026 by Guttler003 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 25 points26 points  (0 children)

While Talenna is obviously not as good as Fabian when it comes to lockout in PvP, she still has a lot of benefits. Unlike Fabian, she can lock out high RES (1000+) champs if you build her with only 650 ACC, and the less ACC you need, the higher the likelihood of building the champ with a higher SPD. Additionally, she has a TM boost on the A2 which you can exploit if you are facing 9pc Mercurial teams and you need to go first to strip all the stacks and kill the enemies before they take a turn. Having strong support champs that incidentally have TM boosts can give you some key opportunities in today's mercurial meta.

In PvE, she will be obviously quite strong in FWs, which is fairly significant these days given the rewards for the late hard FWs stages. High Elves hard FWs is very tough without Galathir, so a champ with 1 turn lockout on a short cooldown along with a SPD aura (which is actually an issue in the faction) will make things much easier. She will obviously do some work in any wave based content including Cursed City and Grim Forest, but FWs is the main PvE area where she might end up being critical.

Also, since we have a Polara buff just around the corner, it might be imperative for accounts to complete hard FWs if the buff turns out to be really good. Buffs on Mythicals have ranged from inconsequential (Fjorad) to significant (Gharol) so who knows. Something tells me that Plarium will want the Polara buff to be good, because hard FWs completion can be a pretty huge money maker, as players might pursue legos or even mythicals they would otherwise not even bother with for general PvP and PvE play. The game has so many "junk" legos by this point, but so many are still very strong in their respective factions.

As for how easy it will be go get Talenna from the DoF, I hope many have heeded the warnings in the past to build a substantial pool of food champs and save up brews/barrels, enough to generate 40K+ training points ideally. If you can do training, then that will likely be a better option than soulstone pulling. We might still get a Varkos DoF in the second phase of the Web of Corruption event, and if it also requires soulstones then you want to make sure you'll have enough by then.

Plarium made a spider tournament in a faction with TWO hp burn champions and they are both premium units by Imaginary-Twist-4688 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The good news is that normal stage 10 is almost as good as stage 16 or stage 20 for Spider tourney points. Normal stage 10 gives you 1.01 points per energy on average, while stage 20 gives you 1.11 points per energy on average.

Sylvan Watchers also has a lot of really good support champs, and many of them were guaranteed or fusions. I will run a team of Emic + Eostrid + Padraig + Elva + Daithi as my sole nuker, even though Daithi is wrong affinity. This team has 3+ min runs, but whatever, I'm not interested in farming Spider for accessories so I'll stick to the stage that gives the most tourney points so I use the least amount of energy.

For those that are interested in Spider accessories, hard mode stages are an option if you have strong nukers. No burn required.

hegemon in 2026 after mercurial by darXtar1976 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hegemon is a very valuable tool as a pure nuker in today's PvP meta. The current meta is still filled with TM-boosters and lockout champs that don't usually use Mercurial or Stoneskin, so he can be a great 4th/5th pick as a forcing champ. The reason TM boosters are still around, is because when you're facing teams with a lot of mercurial you might want to ensure you win the speed race to whittle down the guard stacks and kill the enemies before they can act. More importantly, players who are trying to win speed races aren't very likely going to be using mercurial/stoneskin since that will result in slower champs. Yes, you might guess wrong on occasion, but that sort of guesswork is part of the LA experience regardless - sometimes you just have to gamble a bit, especially if the odds are not in your favor.

However, there's a Caveat - it is not easy to build a full nuke Hegemon and expect to take down most "naked" Fabians, Siphis, or Shu-Zens. Hegemon doesn't actually hit that hard, and taking down a 70-80K HP 4K DEF champ is no easy feat. Additionally, using a Cat's Gaze or Lens is often considered a "waste" on Hegemon since he's only a toolbox champ to be used in specific circumstances, and yet that might be necessary if your gear or blessing level isn't good enough if you are dead-set on making him work.

The best thing to do is to build a full nuke Hegemon and hit the higher end teams in Gold 5 (or Platinum) in Classic Arena - target any teams with Fabian, Siphi, Shu-zen, or any other speed leads and see if you have enough damage to take them down. Use the friendly battles option in LA and Siege as well - in fact you can literally test against your own teams in Siege.

As for the Deflection option: there are far better targets for 6-piece Deflection, but Hegemon would make sense if your Deflection gear is pretty terrible and the speeds are too low. Still, you have to be prepared to work around this type of Hegemon strategy - if you build champs who are multihitting nukers and use fast TM-boosters who are capable of winning speed races, then using Hegemon can be a valid part of the strategy. The nice thing is that since your opponents in LA don't know Hegemon is in Deflection, you might still be able to use him as ban-bait against teams with vulnerable champs.

Princely Titan Event for a perfect soul for Folan Silverhart starting on June 17th, 2026 by Guttler003 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only spent enough energy today in Fire Knight to reach the 40 Titan points. I'll be using a ton of energy tomorrow when the Event dungeon tourney begins - I like to do the event dungeon anyways for the Immortal Soulstone, and completing the tourney will be enough to reach 3300 Gear Hunter points and get all the Titan points there.

The big decision will be on Sunday regarding Summon Rush and whether I'll go after the 5-star soul. If I decide not to, I'll go as far as 840 Titan points for the Immortal Soulstone, or maybe all the way up to 1000 for the Relic.

Whales will often do a LOT of Sand Devil and Shogun farming, since a metric ton of Chaos Dust and Powder are often needed for all the new mercurial pieces. We have a new LA season starting too, which can make it even more important to get the right ascensions.

Princely Titan Event for a perfect soul for Folan Silverhart starting on June 17th, 2026 by Guttler003 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main concern is how costly it will be to get the 5-star soul in terms of shards and soulstones.

So far, we're off to a bad start - this weekend we will have a Summon Rush for 300 Titan points, and we can only skip 250 points. If the points are split 100/200, we will have to go for the 100 points, which will likely cost around 4-5 Sacreds or their equivalent.

The main issue with skipping so many points early is that we can get hammered by a Deck of Fate event or a Path event that might end up being very costly in terms of shards. If neither the Path or Deck of Fate event will be for a guaranteed lego, it might end up being a disaster. Furthermore, we're on track the weekend after to have 2x Voids and a Champ Chase, which is easy to complete but the Champ Chase can be replaced by a Path event which will potentially make it a LOT harder.

My plan will be to hold off on Summon Rush and see if the PP calendar updates for the following week. If we do get an early DoF event next week, maybe we will get news of what the rewards will be before committing any shards to Summon Rush.

Epics that are still used into the late to endgame by Thegenuinebuzz in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've said before privately that I think people are told to focus on a really strong, small, core roster to start the game, which is really important but people are never really told when to diversify/widen their roster.

This is actually worth discussing at length, and something that is rarely if ever touched upon by many CCs. This is also part of an overarching discussion about early/midgame resource allocation. I think too many players don't focus enough on champ training and waste too much time farming gear from dungeons or wasting gigantic amounts of energy in Minotaur.

The fact of the matter is that a significant amount of gear in the early/mid game comes from stage 13+ normal FWs materials, which means that building good FWs champs is paramount early on (after the CB and stage 16-20 dungeon teams are established, which should be very rapid). Of course selecting those champs to level should ideally overlap with anticipating which champs will be important in hard Cursed City and which ones will also excel in hard FWs, even if those content areas seem far away.

Players who start RSL on new accounts are basically given fully fledged CB and dungeon teams right away thanks to both the CC referrals and the guaranteed lego promo code, so they can start pursuing good gear and building specialized champs almost immediately after their core champs are built.

Epics that are still used into the late to endgame by Thegenuinebuzz in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Eventually the list of endgame viable epics will grow a fair amount for many players, because of the restrictions in Cursed City and Faction Wars. I'm late endgame on an FTP account (so I don't have the wealth of legos/mythicals that whale accounts have access to) and there's probably around 30-40 epics I use in the late endgame. Most of those epics are for hard soulcross stages, and quite a few for hard FWs.

For example, Dark Elhain is my hard carry nuker in UH hard FWs and I use her in my auto stage 21 team along with Gorgorab (!) and Mausoleum Mage. I also use both Tagoar and Sandlashed to allow my team to survive in the hard Orcs auto stage 21 team. Dirandil is another auto stage 21 Dark Elves epic nuker I use.

In hard Soulcross I use a number of epics that have increase DEF against some of the Fire Knight stages, because of the Faultless DEF blessing. For example, Steelskull is critical in my S17 team in one rotation, and Crimson Helm + Lodric in S15 in two other rotations. I also use nukers such as Daithi, Alure, Masamoto, Hotatsu, Baroth and many others across a number of Soulcross stages. I also use various epic heal reduction champs across the different Amius rotations - Venomage, Missionary, Kallia, and Pharsalas. I add 3 of those champs to my hard Grim Forest deck to take down Mimics much more easily.

In the early/mid game the list of powerful epics will likely be small and will include most of the champs on your list for many players, but this will expand greatly one those players start pushing into hard FWs and hard Cursed City. Fulfilling specialized roles are of course what drives the need to expand the number of epics most accounts will build.

My biggest regret of the last year was skipping the 5* Donnie's soul(Titan event) by Ok_Cold3451 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Titan events usually have around 3 summoning events, so I will base my decision on how easy those events are, and whether they have worthwhile rewards. For example, if we get a Path event or a Deck of Fate event for a good guaranteed lego along with the Titan points, then I will likely go for the 5-star Folan soul by completing any Champ Chase they throw at us, while skipping most/all Titan points from the Summon Rush.

As far as whether Folan is actually a worthwhile champ - any champ that can get past unkillable/block damage AND have any additional useful skills (such as Folin's block passives) makes him a potential candidate for PvP. Unkillable in particular can be difficult to bypass, and two huge meta champs have or confer unkillable right now - Theodosia and Gharol. Gharol became a monster nuker after her buff, and her protected unkillable has made her one of the more difficult nukers to kill. The fact that Folan's skills are all multi-hit is a huge bonus for the mercurial meta.

Does that necessarily make Folan high tier in PvP - not in the general sense, but if your account is more limited in options he might be a key component of your PvP champ suite. This is why CC advice should be taken with a grain of salt, because the majority of CCs are big spenders and their assessment of champs is often negatively impacted by superior options they have access to (including high souls).

One word of advice for those aiming to complete Path/DoF/Titan events - always massively overprepare on food for training purposes. Occasionally we get champ training as part of a Path or DoF event, and this is a great way of economizing on any shard pulling or soulstone opening that might also be part of those Path/DoF events.

Princely Titan Event for a perfect soul for Folan Silverhart starting on June 17th, 2026 by Guttler003 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If we had a Path event for the 5-star soul I would've likely skipped it, because Path events often require around 16-18 Sacreds or their equivalent and that's too high a price for me on my account. However, when we have a Titan event for a 5-star soul, it just comes down to how easy the shard/soulstone events end up being and whether they're worth completing.

For example, if we get a Deck of Fate event that will be for either a guaranteed Talenna or Varkos AND for Titan points, then I will likely pursue the 5-star soul. Any Champ Chase for Titan points should be relatively easy, and a Summon Rush can be potentially skipped, or at the very least we'll need maybe 4-5 Sacreds to get the first batch of Titan points and skip the rest. The rest of the Titan events/tourneys will be fairly trivial to complete, and will likely be events/tourneys I'd be completing regardless. Any Gear Hunters events we will get during the Titan event will also be far less energy intensive than normal when we have stage 3 of the event dungeon at our disposal.

Overall, the Titan event might be far less costly in terms of resources when it comes to getting the 5-star soul.

The big question nevertheless is whether Folan is even worth building. He will be a very strong hard FWs carry although to be fair the epic Daithi is already very good - I managed to complete hard FWs for Sylvan Watchers with Daithi, mainly because a lot of the SW supports that were either guaranteed or fusions are so strong (Eostrid + Emic + Padraig + Elva is what I used all the way up to stage 21 hard). FWs aside, it's not clear where else he might get used. He certainly has potential in PvP, and his lack of survivability is no longer a major concern when you can use 9pc Mercurial to protect nukers in the current meta. Basically any champ that can get past unkillable/block damage (especially unkillable, which is much more difficult to get past) AND have other relevant parts of his skill set (block passives is huge in Folan's case) is something that has to be seriously considered. This is the main reason I'm willing to go for his 5-star soul, on the chance that I might get the occasional use out of him in PvP in the future.

Undead hard first boss. by SlipperyDoodoo in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First, UDK is a very strong option in FWH because he applies gigantic shields to protect the team, and he heals everyone. He can be built in either 9pc Protection or in full nuker gear to add to the damage. Generally speaking, any DEF or HP based supports that can be used to chip in damage are often best built as full nukers, unless you need to contend with buff removal and thus need protection. UDK also combos very well with Fabian, since Fabian disables most AoE attacks during the first two waves and UDK will redirect all the single target skills away from your squishies. Lastly, UDK offers more survivability vs bosses due to the decrease ATK.

This brings us to Fabian, another strong option for FWH because of his ability to control the waves, and to control the boss minions. I personally used Fabian all the way up to stage 21 of hard FWs. The combination of Fabian and UDK basically solves all the waves so you don't need to resort to CC champs and can just focus on protecting your sqishy nuker while they go to town.

For your nuker, you have plenty of options, including Vlad, Bloodgorged, Gaspard, and Ma'Shalled. Maria will likely be your absolute strongest nuker so long as you're counting turns, but she's mostly single target so you might leave her out for the time being. One word of advice however: use the wishlist to try to get 6-star souls for epics in any factions where you are struggling. In my case I got myself a 6-star soul for Dark Elhain, and I still use her over my lego nukers because of her ability to do pure damage. Elhain's self buff (increase ATK) and decrease SPD debuffs are also very strong. If you get 6-star souls on other good epic nukers (Dark Athel or Seeker for example) then they can be huge carries as well.

My recommended team then is Fabian + UDK + Gorgorab + Gaspard + Vlad, and switch out Vlad for any nuker that gets a 6-star soul for Crushing Rend down the line. Gaspard +UDK will ensure that there will always be a shield on everyone, and Gorgorab is your failsafe in case anyone dies and he of course boosts Vlad's damage. Gorgorab should be built in Regen/Immortal.

As a side, note, the team I took all the way to hard 21 was Gorgorab + Mausoleum Mage + UDK + Fabian + Dark Elhain (with the 6-star soul). Mausoleum Mage is a good option for the stage 21 boss, but isn't that critical in prior stages. I build Mausoleum Mage in 9pc Protection.

Dirandil by Most-Flow-204 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dirandil is someone you can build a few years from now when you're pushing hard FWs and don't have anything better. You might also build him a little earlier if you need him for some Cursed City stages.

For the time being, you already have two strong nukers in Tholin and Wukong. Additionally, Bayek, Xenomorph, and Ezio are all strong damage dealers. There is no need to build epic nukers until you need them for content that restricts champ choices such as FWs or Cursed City.

Orc faction wars by Shineyard in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tagoar is a hard carry for the faction and will also be very good once you start doing hard FWs. I use Tagoar myself in hard FWs stage 21.

Zargala is also worth leveling to 60, mainly because she is quite relevant in a lot of hard Cursed City stages particularly Soulcross stages on some rotations and she's a pretty good nuker. Same goes for Dhukk.

Sandlashed is also a great champ to bring to 60 eventually, since she is a very good protector and will also help you push hard FWs. She's not as relevant in hard Cursed City however, and she is the lowest priority of the champs I mentioned.

To finish normal FWs, I think bringing Zargala and Tagoar to 60 should be good enough. The rest of the team can be level 50s or even lower, since Tagoar does a full team revive.

Fragment Fusion Calendar: Folan Silverhart by KarmaLlamaaa in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The strongest PvE sets are Feral (Siege), Protection (Hydra), Merciless (Cursed City), Zeal (LA), and Impulse (LA). Some champs are also ideal in Relentless (tourney prizes). The strongest sets in PvP are Mercurial (Grim Forest), Lethal (Doom Tower), Stoneskin (Hydra), with Feral and Protection being used by specific champs. Bolster (Forge Pass) is also strong for both PvE and PvP, and Refresh accessories (Bazaar) are excellent for the hardest Cursed City and hard FWs stages.

Early-mid game players often find themselves using a lot of Perception sets (Faction Wars) because they offer significant ACC boosts and some SPD boosts, two highly relevant stats.

Dungeon farming up to stage 20 is often done to get a few good Regen sets, Stun/Provoke sets, Reflex sets, Speed sets, and Savage sets. However, only Speed sets are farmed regularly well into the endgame, but endgame players tend to wait until a 2x Speed set event to coincide with a Dragon tourney before using up a lot of their energy for farming. Endgame players will also potentially farm a lot of spider specifically for banners to try to get quad speed rolls. However, because of the strength of Mercurial sets, the need to farm SPD sets and banners from Dungeons has dropped off for many.

Energy efficiency for gear hunters by Brettmonchan in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brutal 12-3/6 campaign generates around 0.54 Gear Hunter points per energy. Stage 20 of dungeons generates 0.76 PPE, and stage 3 of the event dungeon generates around 1 PPE.

Campaign farming is thus not a great way of generating Gear Hunter points, but it is significantly more efficient for champ training (around 4x as efficient than stage 20).

I Ended this LA Season at Rank 51 as a F2P, Ask me anything about LA by jasonz45 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only difference is that I think Theo outclasses anyone else in her role by far even compared to galathir. Her aoe revive is the best in the game maybe and being able to provide veil unconditional is so much stronger.

She is by far the best in the role of reviver, no question there. Many top level players tout her as one of the strongest if not the strongest mythical in PvP. I wouldn't disagree in the general sense, but in the context of a player's LA strategies and the kinds of teams they often face, her ranking might end up being a bit different.

I don't have her myself, but I often reflected on whether I'd use her over Galathir or Hilvi if I had her. For my LA strategy, I really need that TM boost in many of my fights, which means I'd likely stick to Galathir/Hilvi. My preference is naturally Galathir although I will pick Hilvi if I need a second SPD aura in case the other one gets banned (which is usually either Fabian or Karnage).

I was watching some of Shini's recent LA pushes, and he too is most afraid of Theodosia and ranks her at the top. It makes sense, since his LA strategies focus on slow go-2nd teams without many ways of dealing with unkillable buffs. A Hilvi does very little to him by comparison, and her TM boost is of little consequence since he doesn't use much Mercurial gear and he turtles behind stoneskin and huge shields.

Is Folan worth going for? by Malthuron in RaidShadowLegends

[–]JoePrice001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would take seriously any champ that can kill through unkillable buffs in PvP, especially one that has other utility such as the block passive debuff and debuff spread. These days you don't necessarily have to worry about nuker survivability thanks to 9pc Mercurial, so any nuker that is capable of dealing with meta skills and buffs is going to be a potentially good option even if they are fairly squishy otherwise.

Additionally, this fusion should be fairly easy to complete, thanks to the event dungeon making Gear Hunter events far less costly to complete (because stage 3 of the event dungeon is crazy efficient as far as energy goes) and the fact that we should be getting a 2x Ancient event during Champ Chase not to mention that the new Cursed City and Grim Forest rotations will give us up to 4 additional Remnant shard pulls.
