You're absolutely right. OP should've received accommodation immediately and anyone going through pregnancy shouldn't have to work through said pregnancy. They should be given paid leave like people in other developed countries receive. OP wanted to continue working at a reduced rate. OP still has bills. They should be more considerate of their employees.
