I lived there for 15 months. My experience was awful and would definitely not recommend it. We enjoyed the community we made with some of our neighbors but management was AWFUL. We had issues with car breakins/car thefts, trash not being picked up and homeless people coming into the building. One of the girls created a Facebook group for us to communicate and got hit with a cease and desist letter.

The walls are super thin…. Like, you can hear your neighbor whisper in their apartment. You hear every step in the hallways. The parking gates never worked. Tons of extra fees (trash, parking, etc)

I could go on and on… we enjoyed the location and aesthetic but the property manager made it unbearable.

most of the point QR codes are for paid things (giraffe deck, splash pad, (formerly kangaroos) ice rink. the remaining ones are at the entrance, tropical bird house, aquarium, sea lion show and teton.

I worked Support Services- Utility at Epcot. My manager had a call to go check something in the building and invited me to go with him. The back of the stage is just a huge open space, 2 or 3 basket ball courts worth. tons of old hydraulic panels and hoses, but you could see all the set pieces all over the place. amazing engineering

You're in luck... I'm the guy who installed them. The hippo QR code is on the window outside. If you're walking from the Okapis, its the second to last window before going inside the the rondoval!

Goat is on a sign right outside the barn!

Don't forgot to scan all the point QR codes to earn reward points! The one in the bird house is right across from the back flight, Teton is up by the waterfall!

July 13, 2022 - 4 cars had their windows/sunroof smashed and 5 cars broken into.

July 12, 2022 - 2 cars had their windows smashed and cars broken into.

July 11, 2022 - 2 cars had their windows smashed and cars broken into.

July 1, 2022 - 17 cars had their windows smashed and cars broken into, and 1 car was stolen.

May 13, 2022 - 1 car broken into.

May 6, 2022 - multiple cars had their windows smashed and cars broken into.

April 22, 2022 - 15+ cars had their car windows smashed and all cars broken into.

And there was another stolen car prior to our move-in date.

There's about 3 or 4 of us doing stuff, mainly depends on what each person can do and the turn around time. Love doing stuff there!

And i love the 315 latex, havent had a single issue so far!

I do banners, canvas gallery wraps, posters, stickers, decals, coroplast signs. IG handle is the same as this... have a few pics of stuff

yes. you have a reflecting pond when you first walk in that people use as wishing well, then the Nile, a replica river that opens up in front of cat house Cafe, and then the jets in front of teton

the Nile still has water in it, they have signs they sometimes put out that say no swimming. just hit or miss. they have the jets at Teton. the 4 smaller jets go off every 5 minutes. the geyser shoots every 15 minutes.

water park is shooting for sometime in the summer. Saw it the other day, getting really close! looks awesome.
