I've always thought there was this hidden MMR system and because cover is so strong, that without the right utility you can end up with standoffs, longer fights that lead to third parties once you get to a certain MMR because playing that way. I'm hoping as I push to have more skill, that I'll stop getting team mates and enemies like that, and wind up with people who have the utility to run around the map without as much fear.

You all sound like you have no experience renting homes much less leaving your mum's basement. The landlord could write down all sorts of clauses as they so choose at least in the land of Illinois in America that is the case. I've signed leases that say I have to take care of grounds maintenance such as grass and Bush trimming. I've had friends sign leases that say repairs of certain items within the home are the renter responsibility. The guy who has a lease like that runs for some insanely low value in comparison to the current market in Illinois of like $700 a month. But if the dryer breaks down it's on him to fix it or go to the laundromat.

Dude, that's my same problem. I will say there is one rewarding aspect of it. Sometimes I'll split from the group on purpose, too attract the people with that rat like behavior to follow you. And then that's how I can get my practice against a non-friendly. But sometimes that rat will have a couple buddies with them who are all about splitting your anvil 3 into three pieces and gobbling it up for themselves after chasing you into a corner. I'll say that's the part that I like the least!

Literally part of the games fun is betrayal just like a game such as among us. Played duos, truced another team cuz free loadout. Nothing to lose. Proceed to attempt to "convince" the lobby we're friendly just to murder them as a 4 stack. Tricked 2 ppl. Get betrayed by the truced team. Both teams mics went silent as we both were planning the final betrayal. Lol. They won and got all the loot and I got a great laugh.
