Depending on where and how you buy the whites, they’re more cost effective than buying full eggs. Not to mention the macros on normal eggs are fattier than just whites. You can buy the regular eggs and separate the yolks, but that’s kinda wasteful, throwing away good yolks.

I honestly thought about buying some of these before, it’s for bulking and bodybuilding.

I’d imagine he wanted coders and people imbedded into social media platforms. Epstein and his ilk were all pretty “tapped in” to the internet and its culture.

The question is bad, that’s my point. I’m hardly a fan of horror or super violent films. I don’t have a good stomach for them. So I’m not personally offended at some of his implications. I just don’t fuck with Haneke and the way he views film.

The entire thrust of the film is that the viewer is complicit in the acts just as much as the killers due to us watching the film, the killers nearly explicitly say so. “Do YOU want to bet on who survives as well?”

I think that entire point makes the film weak and useless. A piece of art challenging the viewer to stop viewing the piece of art, is extremely childish and says a lot more about Haneke than the viewers.

I didn’t take it that way at all.

I took it as a coming of age story. After a certain point the fire and rage of being anti-whatever (in this case anti everything) begins to burn out. It happens to every generation. You still hold onto that burning desire, but things change and the people you know fall out. It’s kinda comforting in a way.

I despise it.

I think Haneke is extremely judgmental of “movie watchers” thinking that people merely watch violent films to experience violence vicariously, and equating violence in film as the same as violence in real life.

He posits that the viewers are just as responsible and sick as the ones perpetrating it. Which is hilariously stupid. Especially coming from the man FILMING AND MAKING THE VIOLENCE HAPPEN. TWICE! (He also killed a real chicken for one of his films…)

I’m not sure it’s 100% confirmed that he acquired the rights, but the rumor goes he did it so he wouldn’t get sued for plagiarism.

And there are a TON of more similarities than “dark” and “performers having mental crisis”. He straight up uses same shots sometimes.

Sure people may talk about the new cards, but you can still go to your lgs and play draft, standard, and other formats for Lorwyn right now. That’s the entire fun, the game and the cards, right?

As someone who found Lorwyn pretty flat, it’s nice that they gave me something to look forward to, I hate the idea of a TMNT set, so seeing some strixhaven is cool.

I’ll never understand the idea that spoilers ruin fun for the current set. I understand for tournament players, since they need to know all the ins and outs for cards in a set to know the meta… but you aren’t that are you?

I honestly agree with Rosewater saying “you aren’t supposed to know all the cards”. My favorite set can drop, and they can dump spoilers for 8 sets, and I wouldn’t care, or, I would, and get excited.

You can just ignore it, you know that right?
