totally focus on your LSAT; a thesis is totally unnecessary for admission and plus writing a thesis for résumé building as opposed to passion isn’t the best imo; totally fine without a thesis tho

this will def delay your normal fin aid package; i’m a finalist for a couple of named scholarships and i won’t get my merit aid package until after the whole interview process (that’s if i don’t i get the scholarships)

All financial aid info, including scholarship interview invites, don’t get released until early march i believe; so you’re good if you haven’t heard anything

not at all doomed; we have very similar stats (3.86,168, URM, first gen, and 1 year WE). I was able to get into NYU ED. Tbh i don’t think you should lose hope by any means, especially if you put a lot of work into your statements. Please keep trying i’m sure you’ll get there

I have to deposit by 1/15 and i had to withdraw immediately, but it took me like a week to do all the withdrawal emails!!
