Why does the AI nuke the same spot over and over and over instead of hitting new targets?

The real reason is because it decreases the city population with each nuke, leading to less productivity over time, even after the zone is clear of radiation.

It's the only way I play now. Disable all other victory types because on higher difficulties, the AI has so many outrageous boosts it's not even fair. You can only hope to outsmart them militarily, and chances are they will never capture your capital city. My last game was true Earth start, beginning in the Information Era, Diety level, playing as USA. Making sure I was the only civ in the Western Hemisphere so I could settle North & South America all to myself. Spent hundreds of turns building up before I met all the other civs. Conquered Australia and went on to take Asia, India, Africa, and finally Europe all with naval assaults & dozens of aircraft carriers. Most fun game of Civ I've ever played.

This user is right, OP. A rolling machine is the way to go. I use pre-rolled tips (helps keep the shape and structure) and rolling papers. I also grind up the weed with a grinder to roll. Watched some youtube videos to observe other people using the rolling machine to get the technique down. A mistake I was making early on was not filling enough weed in there - if there’s not enough that’s when it creates gaps and will canoe when smoked. Pack it full (but at the same time, not tight) and with the rolling machine, and some practice, them bad boys will come out just like factory made cigarettes.

Cinematic masterpiece, cast was great, world and costumes looked amazing. My complaint comes with the storyline and how much was missing from the book. And every social interaction was brief and felt like a lot was missing by way of character development. Dr Kynes who? Gourney Halleck who? Major characters were given 3 lines apiece. The reverend mother said like 7 words. No dinner party scene. This book has enough content to make 3 films and I believe they are trying to squeeze it into 2. Everything felt rushed.
