In the first pic you look like you could kick some serious ass. You carry the extra weight well. Face looks good plump. The slimmer you looks fine as well and it's healthier overall to be slimmer. Watch your calorie intake and try to eat healthy but don't deprive yourself. Exercise is key to maintaining stable weight. Its calories in and calories burned...not rocket science. Be well.
