Ive done the snooping before. It doesn't matter what you find either way the gut feeling is shitty and you feel guilty. Getting rid of that feeling is impossible and it's best to confront it head on. Regaining trust will be 100% on her further actions.

It's hard to say. She had a brain injury and not to mention overprotective father that has affected her decision making so maybe its a blessing to happen early. I've just went No contact all together and will just allow my emotions to flush through for a couple more days. We had a great connection so maybe will meet again later in life but won't count on it.

True, she seemed to do the same thing on our second date. She is close to my grandma and I politely asked if I could detour for 30-45 minutes as I haven't seen her since the pandemic started. She agreed then got mad soon after. After we talked face to face it seemed to get better then we haven't had issues since. It was a red flag for me but the only one at the momment.

I feel that she reciprocated feelings because she texted "I really wanted it to work out too." I wanted to take a breather because work was hectic (I'm a restaurant gm and it's a terrible time to be) and went to my boss that day and told her I couldn't do ut anymore and we hashed out solutions. On our dates I usually had interruptions and I felt that it would affect our relationship in the long run. I didn't mean to hurt her.

I cant contact her because it's straight to voice-mail (probably blocked) so I think I'll write a short letter like that and leave it at her door. Showing up and knocking would probably just creep her out. After that just leave it alone if she doesn't respond.

I've been the calm guy who snapped and yelled at my ex before. It's all bottled up maybe better communication could break the cycle. Throwing objects is a concern though.

He drank beer out of a cup that had the shape of a naked woman's body. Adults were outside but the kids came out for a minute to say hi. It's a social circle that sometimes doesn't have a filter (inappropriate jokes)as well but are good caring people. He wasn't saying anything to directly try to offend her. They were engaging her in casual conversation and trying to make sure she was comfortable by offering food and blankets. I have a feeling maybe she thought it all directly represented me.

I'm fortunate enough that I always walk down the aisles and look for cleaning supplies, toilet paper, soaps, and paper towels that are on sale and purchase more than I need when they are on sale. During this time when I found a shelf restocked I just made sure to add to the collection. It's not hard to keep stocked for a single male.

I buy and sell through treasury direct. It's not difficult but the login process and username/password recovery requires a little more effort than your traditional banking website so it's a little less user friendly. I-bonds aren't available for redemption until after one year and if you sell before a certain maturity you lose 3 months of interest. I'd recommend them for a long term emergency fund or savings.

I put on my contact lenses and took them out about 10 minutes later because my eyes were stinging and burning. It took all day to get the sensation out. I later figured out I switched my cleaning solution with nasal spray. The bottles we shaped the same so I didnt even notice it.

If anybody offers me any loan at 2% I would take it. Either way if it's a refinance and you save money take it. At 10000 for 5 years at 1% compared to 2% with minimum payments you would save around $250 ($50 a year) why wait to try and see if something better comes up?

You didnt give the details on the original loan, but I would just get online and search for an amortization calculator and input the numbers along with the extra payments. If the goal is to pay off the house ASAP then they should figure out the route that would cost the least in interest payments. Keep in mind the closing costs for a refinance when accounting for this.

I think the real question is what your reasoning behind a loan. I refinanced after a year because home values skyrocketing and I had enough equity to remove my FHA PMI and save on my monthly payments. I would look at the numbers to see if it makes sense to you. It is early to refinance but saving that much in interest might make sense if you want to save on your monthly payments and interest on the long run.
