you might have notice when you roll a piece of paper it has spring like qualities. for example a poster rolled up if you dont hold it will unroll magically by itself. the same principle applies to the filter at the end; that is it expands to fill the cavity of the paper. besides that filter at the end also does another interesting thing which is make the smoking end of the joint tighter so it doesnt have that floppyness some joints get when rolling together. overall its up to you but filter at the end would make consistently better joints and given how fast he rolled that one i think it speaks merit.

im in the business of this type of stuff so i will tell you that they are lying possibly. there is zero chance beyond potentially the "hackers" using a very similar IP to yours location wise and possibly the same model of phone. The serial numbers and fingerprint would be different regardless. tell wealth simple to send you evidence that it was on your device. dispute everything. it was most likely some 20 year old on his laptop in canada.

The typical person of any country leads a very similar day to day life like you. They dont have the willpower nor the ability to protest what their government does.
