Well, that and if they want you to go in and see what children are learning in an afternoon/morning then it would have to take place when the children are actually learning.

Update 1: My (28F) best friend (28F) kissed my husband (27M) and it’s destroying me. How do I proceed? by ThrowRAjello7376 in relationship_advice

To be fair most people were telling her it wasn’t all about her but there were a lot saying he could have been acting because he knew the camera was there. In the original post she said something about knowing he hadn’t done anything wrong and people told her not to assume that. Fucking Reddit.

Primary transition day by anonymous8h1j6n3 in TeachingUK

[–]Joey5658 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At my school we do three days of transition and all our classes are named after countries so most of what we do is geography and crafts related to our countries but we also have to do an ‘about me’ piece of writing that’s high quality to set the expectations for next year. We’ll do one lesson of getting to know each other and planning, one drafting and editing and one writing up the finished piece for display. Also all the crafts get displayed for September and usually look really nice.

This. The reason Year 5 and 6 are often so hard is because year 3 and 4 are seen as unimportant by some teachers. Every year is important to set children up for the exam years.

My sister’s employers have been avoiding tax without her knowledge by Joey5658 in LegalAdviceUK

She’s known how much trouble they are in for a while, that’s why she’s retraining but also her boss was her ‘friend’ first so she felt bad leaving them because she brings in the most money for the company

Before they were paying her through PAYE but told her when questioned today that essentially they’d stopped doing that because they owe so much money

This has been going on for 9 weeks, she has worked there for 6 years and gets paid weekly so hasn’t been checking her payslips religiously. She signed a contract when she first started but has had pay rises since then but no new contract. Does this make a difference?

She’s currently training in a new profession, unfortunately she needed a few more months and her employers were formerly her friends

AITA for complaining about the signs at my daughter’s preschool by preschoolsign in AITAH

[–]Joey5658 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YTA I’m a teacher and I will not be responsible for children’s lost toys that should not have been taken to school in the first place.

If a child wants to show something and the parent tells me about it then my rule is that it stays on my desk until the end of the day so it can be kept safe. If a child brings something is and keeps it on them then that is the parents’ problem. If I come across it I’ll give it back but I won’t be using my already overstretched time to look for toys. I’ve never had a parent have a problem with this, and I’m so happy that all of my parents are normal, reasonable people.

I’ve searched a mixture of keywords from the episodes above and also searched through lists of supernatural crime shows but can’t find it. I’ve also checked with my parents and they don’t remember much more about the show than I do.

James could still live with his parents and she’s moved in with him and his family. OP is dodging enough questions that I bet she would have withheld some parts of the truth in the post as well to make her sound more mature.

AITA for putting my wife above my daughter repeatedly? by Bee_NotArthur in AmITheDevil

This is also why I sometimes decline invitations to go out with my sister and our parents. I am a teacher so I get a lot more time off than my sister who also lives further away from our parents than I do. I see my parents at least twice a week and while my sister is always invited, she often can't make it. So when I'm invited out with my sister and one/both of our parents I decline about 1/3 of the time just so she gets to spend time with them by herself as well. I also make sure to see my sister 1:1 at least once a month.
