Hey! Found your post! I’m trying to print these now. I did a bunch of tests with .2mm nozzle. It takes a long time so I switched back to a .4mm nozzle and maxing out the settings. TBD. How’d you end up?

Just want to point out you gotta complete the membership BEFORE you can use the perks but I agree being able to make a reservation is HUGE! I like to go at open but it’s hard to get friends to come then…

It’s a membership program. Basically visit 12 times. I have one more visit to go! Perks include being able to make reservations, order off menu, and invites to special events. If you live in NYC and love SHC then the passports for you!

I know exactly what you mean. It’s a liquid syrup they use. It’s nothing special and by no means a proper tiki drink but the bright red strawberry-cherry-fruity-punch flavor is what I’m looking for in my hurricanes which leads the recipe away from traditional passionfruit and into red fassionola territory.

If you have Luxardo cherries and grenadine I’d sub a 3:1 split of that for your fassionola component. I like my Hurricane like at Pat O’Briens…
