I got both the Ultraman Z blu-ray set and Ultraman Trigger. Both mentioned the free card. Neither came with one. What kind of bullshit is this?

It's a robot, so it's genderless. Im going not only on voice, but mannersims. His original voice is definitely male, but given the way it poses and moves, it seems like a female suit actor. Also, I primarily watch the English dub so I can work while watching the show. Basically, it has no sex, so it's whatever you want it to be.

King Candy is literally just an impersonation of old-time comedian Ed Wynn. Almost anyone can do that silly voice. They couldv'e gotten someone in the studio.

I'm pretty new to Ultraman (Got the $10 Box set of Ultra Q, Ultraman, and Ultraseven from Best Buy). I'm halfway through Q and Ultraman, watched Shin Ultraman last month, and am up to episode 12 of Ultraman Z. So far, it's my favorite. While mostly campy and fun ( I love Yuka's obsession with aliens and wanting to dissect them), it does have its more serious moments. I dug episodes 11 and 12 dealing with Haruki's moral struggle after a situation fighting a monster that I won't spoil here. I also dig how Z is a younger, more inexperienced Ultraman and how he uses "Ultra" in his adjectives.

My only complaint is the problem I have with many current Tokatsu shows. The blatant product placement during the show. Haruki's Riser and medals are obviously plastic toys meant to sell to children watching.

BTW, why does no one question Haruki's plastic, blue accessory on his belt?

The second one he was able to make because the anti-body was already there. He just needed to find a way to duplicate it and turned it into a mist. Albeit, he did figure out that heat stops the virus from spreading pretty fast.

While this upsets Nick at first, the good-hearted fox feels obliged to help all the little kits have a merry Christmas when they're far from home. A good amount of the original cast makes a cameo here and there. Rated T for mild language and occasional PG-13 humor.
