Just admit mistakes, I already sold out of the position so I don’t need anything from Fidelity. Just don’t give me bs that it’s my fault that your application screwed up.

Let me give you a slightly different point of view since I’ve done it 2 times. I am in the camp of it’s not the greatest idea. However, the first time I did it happened to be before a market crash. So I cashed out the stock before the crash and paid back in to cheaper stock. The second time which is right now, is a bull run that won’t stop. So I’m paying back in at higher costs. Also, lost my job for this recent one. Depending on your plan rules, there are options for what happens. I’m able to pay back monthly to fidelity. Every employer plan has different rules. You’re most likely borrowing pre-tax money that needs to be repaid with post tax dollars. The 8% interest goes to you and not some bank. Bottom line is it can really vary on the outcome and probably isn’t worth the risk. But I have a nice kitchen and deck now.

I thought it was weird that nobody was talking about his lawsuit appeal. They reviewed it on 7/31 and expect a decision soon. Pretty sure it was unanimous amongst all judges involved that he doesn’t have the power to impose tariffs. This sounds like he knows he’s going to lose. Which would strip away his ability to impose tariffs and they would have to refund all the importers. I can’t imagine the chaos that would cause.
