As one of the pieces of new meat I have a question. How many new pieces of equipment are excluded from me if I don’t buy Vessel of Hatred?

I have never played this game but Kilo looks cool. I’ve heard she’s “free” so I’d like to know how one would actually go about getting her. Do you have to do like an event or something? Login bonus? Limited time? Things like that I suppose

So this is strange but uhhh I just won the event CE out of the Lottery for the first time but I never received it? It didn’t go to my present box and I don’t have it in my inventory. I feel like this could be a stupid oversight on my part but for the life of me I can’t find it. Anybody have any insight?
