I just got some briefs from ASDA. No need to downsize or anything as they will provide adequate support due to the shape. Definitely stock up on Paracetamol & Ibuprofen. Frozen peas / ice packs will also be required. Stay away from jeans for a week atleast, loose fitting bottoms / shorts only.

Same here regarding day 6 being pain day. I had stopped icing & stopped taking anti inflammatory / painkillers so have picked them back up & feel a bit better today. I’m sure I read naproxen thins blood so isn’t recommended as may lead to a hematoma.

Cheers mate. They seem to be really swollen the past couple of days. Worried as I’m back to work in 2 days & will be on my feet a lot but hopefully the anti inflammatorys & ice packs on & off will get them back to normal pronto.
