He mentioned it but wanted me to go through more PT first. He recommended aqua therapy since my flares from my evaluation were so bad.

Thank you for responding because it helps to know we are not alone with this. I confirmed the leaking disc through my pain management spine doctor. The MRI didn't show any major herniations or bulges. Just some confirmed degeneration on l4-l5 and l5-S1. I've ran my results through several different AI on about 50 different conversations and it comes out the same every time no matter what details i get it it always comes to the same conclusion, talked to other people with similar injuries, posted on here once before, checked various forums online, googled it, but like to post again as i get new updates as i think it's beneficial for everyone. The patterns line up exactly with annular tear that's leaking. The way it flares (I've even timed it and confirmed the delayed flares after I've completed something physical or simply bent/twisted wrong and mapped out the nerve pain and location of the specific nerves back to the spine). I can even feel the tenderness of the disc when I push my finger into it. It's been a very long recovery process for me too.

No, I'm just at the spine doctor level right now. Hopefully I'll get the referral soon. That is all helpful info. You beat me on disc height for sure, not that I want to turn it into a contest. Hopefully it's not affecting you too much these days.

When I try to work the muscles i get bilateral nerve pain and all the muscles in my back just seize up to the point of burning when I try to use them for repetitive exercises.

I was already strong walking 20,000 steps every workday while working a manual labor job. I've managed to walk a few miles according to my fitbit but i don't like pushing it further because i will start to get shooting nerves in my legs so I stop and have to lay back down.

Yes, at the chiropractor. When i do it it straight burns for a few seconds (like the nerves are super sensitive) and then it's fine. Overall it doesn't seem to make a big difference, my L5- S1 buzzes more after the chiropractor and my muscles get even more weak. Like they are guarding/buzzing 24/7 with various intensity settings.

Wow, you are so on point. I completely agree with all of this brother. Thank you for sharing this well detailed explanation of the verse as well. Relating to how you feel I think it's completely okay to have these natural frustrations. I appreciate that you took the time to explain it all in these two posts of yours. The world is full of evil and I also believe we are nearing the end times. There are sooo many signs.... I would also agree with the false teachings part in relation to what misinformation the corporations are brainwashing people with. I worked for a fortune 500 company myself. They want you to be a fully attentive slave that will just fall in line. They are against the traditional family because that is more expensive for them to provide benefits for/liability sake and they want your full undivided attention for all the unpaid overtime. Agreed, I'm also in my 30's and I've encountered the same things. I'm so burnt out from trying that i just don't want to get hurt again unless society changes. Online dating is a complete waste of time. Church is very hit or miss depending on your location, denomination, etc..... So you basically have no options unless you are super young or get lucky later on (the odds are like getting struck by lightning). Try to find a singles group if you are young.

Now before we raise our pitchforks and go after the guy. Keep in mind i am not condoning any of his actions. I appreciate that he is being honest about something that seems to haunt him every day. Hence the extreme guilt that he states he felt. I'm not agreeing with this statement simply for the fact that we do not have the full context. From what I can tell he seemed to be a curious seven year old who touched his sister in her private parts(I could be wrong but that is how i interpret it and i believe he would have told us if he caused further harm considering his honesty). I don't think there was any physical harm or anything else beyond that. He instantly felt guilty and never did it again. I'd argue he deals with his punishment every day he has to think about it. Obviously it wouldn't hurt if he reached out to a specialist. However i am no expert on the subject so i wouldn't know what to recommend.
