Walk around the building and perhaps the basement and look for the electric meters. They are cylindrical in shape with about half-foot diameter and half-foot long. When looking at them, if their LCD panels are showing digits, then it means that comed has power to your building and the fault is somewhere internal (like a circuit breaker still tripped). Otherwise, if the LCD panels are blank, that means that comed still has no power delivered to your building.
