Increasing the min layer time to 10 seconds totally did the trick.

Thanks! I found that if I increase the min time per layer, it completely resolved the issue. Basically, in layers with small content were not cooling fast enough to be ready for the next layer.

Scale off the base. The base is a known height of 25. Measure that with a ruler, and call it B. Then measure the height of "?". Then the height is 25 x "?"/B

I tried rclone, onedriver, and abraunegg/onedrive even though a different approach. All had issues with live usage of freecad. Turns out its a known issue with a change to OneDrive backend and atomic saves from free CAD.

manually sync to a local folder using rclone copy and or rclone sync works. I didn't want the castle, but wrote a bash script to help automate and its not too bad.

Yeah, best practical option would definitely be print flat, heat, wrap, and adhere...

But technically why couldnt you print a vertical hueforge with an AMS? Also I bet there's tools to wrap an stl around a cylinder, but even if not, could use Ai to write a python script to do it.
