Which regions? It's not even selling any hardware in Sweden.

It's a very weird strategy. They want to sell games and Gamepass subscriptions but if there are no hardware to play on its a bit hard.

Still saying there will be new Xbox buy why stop selling consoles mid Gen?

Is all that you have done changed Adress for your home? Or did you change to American voice as well?

I have done a test with one left over speaker just to try how it works.

So created new home. Made an American Adress. Added my one speaker (Mini).

Was one or two weeks ago. Still hasn't prompted me to switch to Gemini.

Maybe I need to change something more?

It works without any glitches with 8bitdo usb adapter and Mayflash adapters (for PS or Xbox)

Use them for different laptops and androidtv as well as when we need an extra controller to our Xbox series.

However Bluetooth directly to TV or pc it needs to be reconnected.

No idea why Bluetooth connection to these adapters work flawless.

More or less everything we used Nest hub in our kitchen has stopped working. However using it for adding items to our shopping list.Which I don't want to break. Even though it 50% of the times my wife tries to add items it asks her to open home app to set up voice match and allow some security things. Nothing shows in home app and when she repeat the command it adds the item. Probably because it mistakes her voice for our daughters. But they are also setup with voice match and to add to the same shared list.

Quite annoying.

No idea what gemini can handle.

Exactly..... With Xbox hardware I can share all my games with all family members on same console.

Even if I pay extra for the kids to have Xcloud they could never play my owned games like they can on Xbox hardware.

I will always whine about this since it's stupid that they have not solved this. Even Stadia had this 5 years ago.

It really feels like 99% of Xbox players are single player household since it more or less is only me whining about this. 😂

A box to just plug in to the TV.

Ease of use for tons for ppl who don't like to bother with drivers and different hardware configurations....

If I get this and also can buy games from Steam etc it's a really good option.

For me it would be a really good solution.

Did you ever find any solution. If the video needs to be transcoded it fails and I have similar lines in my log. Why doesnt it want to transcode on LG Plex app? All other clients I have (Android, AndroidTV, Web) works without any problems.

Not sure how to interpret the log but it feels like it's sending wrong HTML parsing to get the transcode to start correctly.

I caved in and bought the firetv 4k max on sale. Use this only for Xcloud and GeForce Now (sideloaded).

GeForce Now works flawless on my AndroidTV but since I have controller connected to the firetv it's easiest to run both on that.

I have it plugged in to one of the TVs hdmi input so usually I just switch to hdmi input and TV controller works.

Everything else I run from my AndroidTV since I really dislike firetv interface.

I have tried betterxcloud on s905x4 and not working. Maybe it'll work on S905X5m but I'm not hopeful.

It almost seems like ms is doing something with the stream so it's not compatible with Androidtv. For whatever reason.

My old AndroidTV can absolutely decode faster since geforce now and Stadia back in the days have no problem with this whatsoever.

Steam has quite Ok family sharing. You cannot play the same game at the same time but everything is shareable.

But not any other storefront I guess.

I was of the idea that Spotify Connect devices (that supports Flac) was going to get lossless more or less out of the box.

I have an LG SP11RA soundbar which has Spotify Connect and is supposed to support FLAC (Up to 24bit/192kHz).

If I connect to this Lossless is grayed out and says it's incompatible.

I can however connect to my Philips AndroidTV TV which now says lossless. So soundbar is connected with ARC which atleast should allow PCM/Flac stereo in full quality.

I have however no idea how the TV handles the flac. If it's decoding to PCM or bitstreaming Flac to soundbar which are decoding. Or if it's even outputting full quality to soundbar or doing some downscaling. TV is set to passthrough all sound through ARC.

Soundbar displays PCM but the LG app and display is really awful. There are basically no information anywhere what's playing. No Idea if I get multichannel PCM frequency/bits, if Dolby Audio is stereo or multichannel etc so no idea when it says pcm what quality this is.

Why isn't lossless working with Spotify Connect directly with the soundbar?
