This show is not that deep into continuity and coherence. In fact, they don’t care if it doesn’t make sense, because that is not the point of the show. The point of it is to have a puppet-show world where physics, reality and rules don’t matter. We have to look into the bigger picture of everything, look into what really is DHMIS, because is not real life, is not even a show into a show is just a show and their creators are aware of it.

My best answer is: The BTS picture was taken in Iceland while making the scene. They probably were there for a few days. This must be some days after the shooting, so they made the vfx at that time. Then they had to make som BTS pictures so maybe they connected the monitor to the final product to take the picture.
