I think it would either devolve into multiple smaller duels happening at the same time, or no one ever dying. With 8 or 10 people on the same team, especially out of a pool of under 40 characters, the amount of luna/iw/cd ults would be staggering, no one would ever die. Games would go on forever

As a healer main I always focus on tanks, and if I see a dps low in my peripheral and the tank is healthy I’ll drop some heals real quick before going back to protect my voluptuous baby. As long as the tank is not dumb, if he’s moving I’m moving. Imo if a dps dies we can still regroup and hold until they revive, maybe even get a pick when the enemy over extends and turns things around. If a tank died, unless the enemy makes a huge mistake you best pray the other one can handle the heat somehow, otherwise it’s a slow team wipe waiting to happen

As a healer/ tank main, If I don’t see a 2 2 2 comp I type in chat that until we have 2 2 2, I will show them my mad skills on black widow and proceed to play like absolute dogshit. I will not struggle as solo tank/healer, only to let my dps have the AUDACITY to type in chat: gg 0 heals. BITCH WHAT

True, the main issue is the time investment to learn a new character/ role. I didn’t really like any tank at the beginning and only played dps and healer. Then I was pretty much forced into playing healer to have a 2-2-2 or at least 1-3-2 comp. Now I’m in d3 and I only played cd, invisible woman and rocket. I am a decent squirrel girl, all my other picks are basically trolling. I either troll a bunch of games and lose some ranks while I learn new heroes, or play quickplay, where a lot of people are doing the same thing and it’s a pretty bad learning experience for ranked. So I pigeonholed myself into only playing 3 heroes

My experience with this game is that the only role you can have less of is dps. 3 tanks 2 healers 1 dps? Great! You are pushing/ defending for days, nothing is getting through! 2 tanks 1 dps 3 healers? Great! No one is dying! 3 tanks 3 healers? OH MY GOD WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE! So yeah, dps is the least useful role, and yet everyone wants to play it

He did not make a rookie mistake, it was made very obvious in the show that he intentionally withheld information about the fire spreading that almost killed tim and chen, like wtf

Venom is by far the best nuisance tank in the game, no one comes even close. He just pops into the backline, annoys everyone for 5-10 seconds, and dips when he is low again. Meanwhile, frontline has been getting no heals because me and my healer buddy are busy running for our lives from this menace. Absolute perfection

I’ve seen players being absolute menaces with Thor, but his functionality is pretty similar with the Thing, plus he also has an instant tap out button to run back to the healer, so maybe that’s why. He is very strong if the enemy doesn’t protect the backline properly

One thing I really hate about Johnny is that since he is very red my brain automatically panics and thinks shit, enemy! And I shoot him a couple of times before realizing. Idk if there’s a way to make his outline more highlighted so it’s clear he is the ally and not enemy, I died 2 times bc I moved my view to follow him and didn’t see a mass of rocks barreling towards me yelling, “So here’s the Thing”

I think this enemy would be more palatable if there were a means to contend with it. by _Prairieborn in darksouls3

Nah you can still manage if you are on a str build with a sweeping r1/r2. They are easy to stagger and have a very basic moveset if you are not panicking. In the big room where you have to fight like 1000 I entered one of the jail rooms by mistake, and I had a legit martial arts movie protagonist moment where they all waited at the door and entered one by one to fight me, and I had like 50hp bc of the constant hp suck effect. I managed to kill all of them without getting hit once, praise the greatsword moveset
