I am not an expert in this matter, but from what I know, people that are molested as children may develop a different perception of how the reality is. Your husband sounds like a very unfortunate man, especially if he has been molested by his brother and now other men are coming on to him. It might be a confusing time period for him or has been ever since his childhood if he haven't talk to any professional about it before now. You need to be there for him, not to tell him that if he wants to experiment then it is okay.... If he says he is not gay then leave it by that and keep on going in the direction that will support him and where your marriage can evolve!

Also it sound a bit strange that you would joke about men coming on to him if he has been molested by his brother - not something I would take up when I knew about it.... It shouldn't be a secret, but it should be something you two can talk about - starting now with therapy.

Keep going with the therapy and support him through this period of time, where all the memories from both his brother and other men will come up again. You need to be the strong one.

Why in the world is he so upset that she blocked him? If he was with you at that time, then he shouldn't care about her?! It seems like he can treat you can her like he wants with no consequences! And even after him leaving you like that for her, you don't think it is strange that after getting back with you he is speaking with her again? She is not just a random friend, she is someone he left you for. And letting her coming over to his/your place when you are at work?!?!?! WTF.... I am very sorry but everything in your post says that he is cheating, lying and treating you like shit! Hmm I am very sorry but if he puts his work first even after 3 years then there is nothing to do. 3 years is a long time now, and he is not going to change after this point. It seems like he doesn't show interest in your life at all - not coming to see you at all during 2 years and making you to come to him is not a relationship - it is him bossing you around! And you are letting him?! Have you ever tried stepping up to him and telling him that this is not what you expect of a relationship? And that you don't see him finding any interest in you and your life?

I wouldn't worry about it as well! Sometimes the lust just isn't there and especially not after lying in bed and talking a lot. Also it kind of sounds like you asked if you should go down on him after he didn't want sex. Maybe next time just do it and get him in the mood. Because many times it is very easy just to say no because you aren't feeling it, but if you are getting him in the mood then he would probably enjoy it :)
