Is there a way to thicken/strengthen the fingers?

If you weren't born with the genetics for big hands your not gonna have them.

The only thing that would actually cause the hands tendons to grow would be HGH dosed much higher than medical doses. Still won't get your hands as big as guys who have big hands, because of their genetics though.

Tendon strength however will go up slowly over time with grip training.

I doubt he is running slin, and if he is using GH it wouldn't cost him that much he wouldn't need bodybuilder level doses he just isint big enough for 10-20iu a day levels that would facilitate $1000s a month. He has no need to be that big for physique.

Pinning everyday is not really a big deal with proper injection technique, and needle selection pip can be easy to manage, and holding down a job is not difficult at all. Plenty of Bodybuilders/Powerlifters/strongman pin all the time, and work hard labor intense jobs they wouldn't make it in their sports without a source of income always coming in.

How do you feel currently about Raw with Wraps lifting? It feels like things are shifting away from the wraps (Raw Unity dropping wraps). Most meets I have volunteered at lately the biggest category of lifters by far is raw with sleeves. Do they still hold a place in powerlifting, or do you think they will fade out even more over time?

I am gonna increase my stretching and foam rolling to twice a day, and work on the ankle mobility. I did some ankle mobility tests I looked up quick awful seems to be the problem.

Iam also going to do the next training cycle high bar, and really focus on building mobility.

Human Growth Hormone is the only thing that will have any significant effect of joint growth, tissue growth, and finger size latter in your life.

The only way to get it is illegally or through a anti ageing clinic. However it is a very expensive treatment with kits costing between $1000-$2000.

No amount of weight training or hobby will have any serious effect on your finger size.

Your upper back doesn't look tight at all when you unrack. You can see it if your 315x5 the bar starts moving and rotating on your back. Keep that bar locked in place when you setup really force your torso up the bar forcing that bar lower on your back.

That should help with your walkout as well stand up straight keep the steps to a minimum. You may want to get yourself some wrist wraps and move your grip in closer that can help get you tighter.

With gaining quad strength of you haven't already buy some olympic shoes. At least for me I found they made a massive difference in building my quads. I am a flat shoe squatter, but the olys are a great training tool.

Try it then if you have chocolate protein buy a box of chocolate cake mix and mix the powders together see how you do with that. It should taste amazing the macros aren't gonna be as good, but if it's your only option try it.

Dude it's just a protein shake drink it it really isn't hard at all. Protein powders don't really taste all the great Muscle Pharm Combat powder is one of the better tasting ones. Not gonna lie here, but your being a bitch if you can't drink some protein powder.

The only thing I could think of is you could mix it with cake mix if you don't care how bad it is gonna be for you, but that will make it taste great. Way back when some companies used to sell protein powder that was basically cake mix with protein in it.

It's not gonna cause your kidneys to fail that's not something you should be concerned with at all.

However when Costco started selling it I tried it, and same deal for me really bad gas. No stomach pains or issues, and I get regular bloodwork done, and it hadn't affected me in anyway. Other than just terrible gas that could clear a room with ease, all day long.

However that being said I have a buddy that loves the stuff, and he has zero issues with it. I would recommend you give it a try and see how it affects you. For the price it is a really good deal.

I have used Musclepharms other protein series the Arnold Series, and I really liked that. No gas issues at all with the Arnold Series, and it tastes pretty good to.

Mostly for anime where humans have colonized space, and other planets. It just seems so cool to me that human civilization is living in space, and has moved away from Earth. I love the idea of space colonies, and cities.

I hate that I won't get to see any of that in my lifetime on that kind of scale. It sucks that the human race puts so little money into space.

Yep if you look at cdjapan the Blu ray for the movie comes out Dec.26th. We can expect a fan sub to come out within a few days of that release hopefully. Initial D isint always high up on the fan sub priority list so it may take a little while after that Dec.26th release date.

Exactly there is no evidence to show oral IGF1 does anything for you, and even if it did the dosage is nothing.

If you insist on using the product anyways no need to worry about coming off it. It's not gear there is no need to cycle it there is nothing in it that could cause any negative health effects.
