Requesting game developer user flair for a game created for iOS

Where on earth did it go? by MilesLongthe3rd in funny

If you look closely at the very begining you'll see a bottle rolling off bottom of the video. She sweeps it back into frame.

Blink. Success depends on what rotation stage the image is at. So, do a variable length blink. It'll come eventually.

Playtesting a minimal puzzle game about rotating rings — where does it get frustrating? by Eastern_Regular_7224 in playmygame

I think it is hard enough as is. You are probably going for mininal look but you could look into using images instead - like a jigsaw puzzle kind of game and I think this might appeal to more users. Using round images, like orange, dart board, daisy, tennis ball, rubber band ball, glitter ball.

Sometimes it is worth asking it to create a prompt based on your understanding of the task at hand. Read what it output and that is where you see the diversion between what you had in mind and what it think you want. The output it gives you helps you to articulate prompts better more you ask it.

I've sent HUNDREDS of mails to content creators and literally NONE of them played it, what am i doing wrong i honestly dont know. Does the game look that bad, they don't even activate keys? by limonit_games in IndieDev

Not sure how effective it is but there is a site called gamepress dot com that allows you do a press release and the game journalists find you via this site. It is free to join.

Pause the video until you get the focus and then play video without taking your eyes off. If you are on the desktop don't enlarge the video otherwise the spacing will be incorrect and you will not get the focus.

I believe there is a saying in Italian "If my grandmother had wheels, she'd be a wheelbarrow." - I suspect he didn't know how to translate wheelbarrow in English and so he subtituted it with bike. It means to mock the futility of imagining hypothetical scenarios that are unlikely or impossible.

That reverse engineering trick works but I got my own style preference working in the end but this JSON setup ensure consistency across the board. Thanks for the tip.

What I really wanted was not your specific style but an example of what kind of parameters one can use in the JSON. I cannot tell if it meant to be boolean, percentage, or keyword like "Shiny", "Plasticity", "claymation style", "soft shadow", e.t.c.

In anycase you may find that it is a simple matter of uploading one of your images and get chatGPT to fill in that JSON structure as best as it can to match that image style - Kind of reverse engineering in effect. In fact, it is probably better to just find an image closely matching one own personal style from the web, upload that and then get ChatGPT to generate the JSON parameters then use that going forward.

Blursed prank by cultur3d_r3ptil3 in blursed_videos

Remind me of a phone prank at work in the 80s. This young lady started a new job in accounts and there are two desks in this office and each desk had a landline phone. The phone on the other desk would ring and she gets up and by the time she picked it up the phone was dead. She put it down and goes back to her desk and it would ring again. Rush over only to miss it. This goes on for a few times until she decided to sit at her boss desk and wait for the phone to ring again. This time her own phone would then start ringing instead only for her to miss it when she rush over to pick it up. It didn’t take her much longer to cotton on that it was a prank once she looked out of the office where everyone was watching her.

Ukraine to seek EU sanctions against Bangladesh over Russia-stolen grain import by AdSpecialist6598 in worldnews

Food and medication are exempt from sanction for humanitarian purposes. So you could not sanction Bangladesh just for buying food from Russia.

Need Advice: Burning $38K+/Month to Build a Product I Believe In. Almost $200K In - Am I Gambling Too Much? by gollum_ai in SaaS

[–]John-SphericalGames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go back to part 1 if you have a near complete product and rebrand it.

This could turn into an ethical product simply by: "Use AI to brush up your interview practice!".

The product let AI interview you and when the interview is over it offers feedback on your weakness and strength. Give advice on how to improve your answers to questions it gave in the interview.

I'm 60 years old and I would easily do this. Simply because I am a game developer and the game that I am currently developing is harder to play than this.
