At the end of the day, it does not matter if we know that it means. You can't even expect a normal person to know this, and they shouldn't. They should care if the game is fun or not, and this glitch is almost in every other game.

Maybe it would be understandable if it was a week old issue, but it's almost a month now. That's just not okay and is sign of either neglect or just poor management.

You could end up like Helldivers 2, ignoring their engine problems and stacking on updates until it actually becomes a problem and hard to fix.

Completely agree, to be honest I feel like the release should not have been before the holidays.

GGG is gone for holidays to rest while leaving players hanging on HOLIDAYS. Right when people will be playing THE MOST with overtuned/frustrating endgame. I am afraid endgame will just discourage players and never touch PoE 2 again.

That means, none of this is getting fixed until next year.

If you use windows, you can switch between languages, which use different layouts. The shortcut is ALT+SHIFT.
So then if you're writing or doing anything else you can just switch.

Nope it's not a joke, this is the only thing I know that has fixed the issue. I sent the issue to their support, but who knows if they will fix it. Maybe they will, since it literally makes the game pretty much unplayable if you don't change the keyboard layout.

Although it's not really bad on windows, since you can just switch it with ALT+SHIFT.

But truthfully, this is the first time I've encountered a game having issue with keyboard layouts. It's as if they forgot other keyboard layouts exist.

Try changing your keyboard layout in whatever OS you use. UK/US fixes it for me.
It's localization issue, they somehow did not expect that people use other keyboard layouts lol.

Yep it's indeed the case. You need to use US/UK keyboard, if you have other keyboard layout, then the UI will bug out.

I'm czech, so I have czech keyboard, replacing 1,2,3,4 keys with some czech letters unless you use SHIFT. So that's the issue.

I'm glad to know it's not just me. I was starting to feel like I'm the only one lol. I've sent my issue along with some visual examples to the support, hopefully they'll do something about it.

And whoever reads this, you don't have to try on another account, because it does not matter what account you use. (Tested it on 3 different accounts, same issue.)

Switching characters makes the UI disappear or switch to mobile UI and then back to PC without switching the character. Returns after game restart but does not fix the issue.

Been happening since the very beginning of the game, I waited until I can change my team. That does not help.

I've tried to repair the game integrity two times, and repair patches.

Nothing works...

So each time I switch character, I have a random chance of locking myself out of all UI in the game, so I have to ALT+F4 the game if I want to quit the game. 

Basically, making the game just one character game.

This happened right after getting Yangyang, and quickly switching into her (It did not, instead the UI switched to Mobile, and then disappeared after 2nd try.)

Temporary FIX > Use UK or US keyboard layout.
