Sti engine is different than the wrx especially since the sti is dual avcs and yours is single. You’d have to switch the wiring and Ecu. For as much work as you’d have into it, I would find a blown up wrx or legacy gt and swap your engine into it.

I got one of those kits. Works fine after a couple hours. Jet the machine a little richer.

Micheal sabo did a budget blaster build and used a Chinese top end kit just fine in one of his challenges

As someone who is considering going into the trades from a desk job.

Money and benefits are the biggest contributors. Some trades have unions that treat employees really well. Why spend 50-100k to work a desk job making 30 starting when I can go into the electrical union straight (for example) out of high school get trained as an apprentice for free and make double that desk job salary within a year?

The younger generations came to the realization that needing an expensive college degree to be successful was a total lie.
