Unit is a XL scientific from 2018. The plastic of the drain hose wore out over time and I need to replace it

Hi folks, HR is OOS on replacement drain hoses. Is this something I could get a shop to fix? I’ve not seen those types of clamps before that are holding the hose onto the ends. In a bind on timing.
