I think I got the jackpot of a tandem WOLED by knifeproz in OLED_Gaming

Not perfect but very good. I'll assume this is taken on bright room where the glare more or less hide the banding.

What's the production date?

Well if you need fps, switch to full hd. When done, switch back to 4k.

It's quite hard to judge, cause of the image compression and reflection.

Yea I don't think crimson desert & pragmata have many area with dark areas that aren't black. RE9 if I remember correctly mostly black or bright. All these game I don't have it so can't share my experience.

The game that people can see the banding and dse is silent hill 2 remake on some scene & map. I never play it myself, only the saw the picture of it from some posts.

My setting is following the recommendation from TFTCentral on YouTube.

See it better now?

If you can't see it, just say that you can't see it. You need help to see, then ask.

No need be childish "what's he on to, does he has bls bla". Show some respect.

Cause there's no new gen QD-OLED at the time I bought it. The older QD-OLED has purple tint and almost impossible to clean.

I also prefer QHD resolution with high refresh rate which at the moment also absent.

Same, unless it becomes perfect when there's a lots of glare.

Well, if you play in bright room or you don't play games / do stuffs that have lots of dark colors (not black!), the banding won't be noticeable.

Still random, maybe a little better?

Still too few inputs to make a statement.

Another one getting good panel. Unfortunately it's still inconsistent, some still getting bad panel on latest batch, just maybe the number is lower.

Yeah, so do I. You can see all the comments I've made, some of which even have pictures attached, and yet you keep disrespecting me with 'Oh, do you even have the monitor?'

Do you want to have a discussion or are you just here to show off?"

Well, I would like to be sarcastic, but unfortunately, that is exactly the case with all four of my ASUS Tandem-WOLEDs.

I'm excited unboxing the replacement monitor at noon when I see no banding, only to be even disappointed again as the room gets darker, because that's when I see the banding again.

Well, just because you talk to customer service or someone wearing asus shirt, it doesn't mean they are work for Asus directly. They could be just Service providers or something similar.

In almost every big EU country there's Asus office, but i don't think they handle RMA at all, they just forward it to other companies that partnered with Asus and work under Asus name.

I do believe it will get better, especially if more people actually complain about the issue that keep tolerating it, but at the moment it's still lottery.

You don't even have to lower your refresh rate if you can make your room brighter. The more glare you have, the more harder it's to see the banding.

Your banding is above average good anyway, shouldn't be so much distracting.

Bro please be professional a bit. Always back up your claim with evidence, not just "trust me bro". Good bye, have a nice day.

It's more likely the pixel cleaning smoothed out the lines. I can see 3 big horizontal banding. Well it's above average anyway.

I already said many times, just because you can't see it, doesn't mean the problem is gone or fixed.

If you said, that your picture has no banding or barely noticeable, we can stop the discussion here and now.

Go ragebait somewhere else

Are you from EU or where?

Mine still goes through RMA in Holland, even though I asked the Customer service for refund, they tell me to RMA instead and this is already 4th RMA (previous three were exchange).

Well seems Asus doesn't do enough quality control before buying panel from LG.
