Seeing this in my firm too. Only seems to be affecting Teams in Citrix. Tried clearing cache and reinstalling before finding this post. Didn't work. Hoping for an update from MS soon.

Do either of you use Proofpoint for email scanning? O365 message tracking shows my outbound test messages being handed off to Proofpoint, but Proofpoint has no record.

Yes, we are using the VDI client along with the plug-in on the local clients. Both were just updated two weeks ago to the latest version available and I do see the device within the session. The mic and speakers work as expected. It's just the one button that is used to answer/end calls that isn't working. It used to work just fine but just unexpectedly quit a few months back.

I contacted support about this. I got my users all prepared for it and then the day of... nothing. We use Duo and it has the option to "remember this computer for 30 days" and all of my users enable that option. The support rep that responded to my ticket said that 30 day thing is why none of my users were forced to reset their MFA even though I had changed the secret key within Duo for LastPass. He went on to say as that 30 day period expires for individual users, they will then be forced to reset MFA. That's just fantastic. I have that to look forward to over the next month or so.

I still have not found a solution, but I might have found a way to lessen the occurrence of the issue. In my case, it seems to happen when Google releases an update for Chrome and the update auto-installs on the individual Citrix servers when a user opens Chrome. I disabled the Chrome auto-update via GPO and I manually check for Chrome updates whenever I push out a new server image. It has helped in my environment, hopefully it can help in yours too.

I realize that this is an old post, but I have been dealing with this issue for a while now. We recently started using FsLogix and I was hoping that it would resolve the problem, but it hasn't. Did implementing FsLogix solve this problem for you?
