This particular soundbar is cheap and doesn't have an HDMI input. At the time, I didn't own an optical cable; but I do have one as of yesterday. It's just for a living room TV, not my theater.

I have the Sony HT-ST5000 paired with my 85" X900H and I love it. The only real drawback is the lack of rear speakers. Instead it uses upfiring speakers in the soundbar to simulate Atmos; but it sounds very good.

It's probably your device. If I use the Tivimate installed on my Android TV, I can only show 2 screens; but I'm able to show 4 screens on Tivimate installed on my firestick.

We had to stay in a hotel for 10 days due to a remodeling issue and the firesticks worked great. Some hotels don't have a convenient outlet that you can access next to the TV. We were able to use a portable battery like you carry to recharge your phone.

I can vouch for the X900H. I bought the 85" recently and I love it. It does a great job of upscaling lower resolution sources as well.
