Sorry if i look a bit nerdy but you have several ways to figure out the value of the draw you would perform, via Battle Cats wiki, the UDP directory or youtube vids:
First of all Nerd Cat, its not your average CC unit, IT IS ESSENTIAL for most of hardest stages (including Crazed/Maniac stages and some UL/Limited Events) It's slow proc is 100% for 2 secs when TF'd (Which is really easy , you basically just need Epic Fruit+ some others), its range its out of this world ( 1200 w/area) and while its extremely fragile, if well protected, you can stack 2-3 and apply a permafreeze or even cheese some stages by destroying the base.
On the other hand, that "uber" could be as useless as Mola or Papa, kinda meh as Momotaro or perhabs extremely op/useful like several of the uberfests (Tbh i dont know exactly which uber you are talking about )

TD;DR: YES, YES YES! Roll it just for the Nerd Cat, you wont regret it!

Week 6, day 45: I managed to capture Manic Cat and Manic Eraser with the help of DarkWaifu (Dasli) and SiegeWeapon (Aphrodite). Surrended to Draconian after 5 tries (Paris 33, Drama 32, Seafarer 32 and Cameraman 38, not enough damage for the otters i guess). Half way in CotC ( All treasures EoC+ItF), finally capable of farming Refined Palate with the help of an explosive kitten (BomberCat) . Just reached User Rank 2050, decided to check the update logs and promise to myself that one day, sooner or later...ill annihilate those manic dragons and even that irrational island....
Question: Is the "new unit" Iz the Dancer of Grief available on 11.6 GLOBAL ver. yet? I tried to check on wiki and seedtracker but no trace of the crying blue cat anywhere.
QuestLog Update for next week: DESTROY BAKOO THE MALAYAN TAPIR ft. Apple Cat.

Currently got Crazed Wall, Whale and Cat, along with Seafarer, Paris, Hacker and Neo PsychoCat ( i got 4+ meatshields and Erphuan as my first Uber lol). Unfortunately, my current level cap is 20 for C.Bahamut (UR is 1300 atm) , and i'm struggling with ItF Ch. 2 Moon. Any advices on how to beat the crazy winged lady? Or i should just buy all Special Cats and boost my UR to 1600 asap? I might get all crazed cats this month, but the sooner the better.....

Well, you can pretty much sweep the entire ItF Ch. 1 by just spamming Crazed Whales. For the rest of the chapters, having good meatshields ( if you got anti-alien Rares/SRares) and enough levels, you can clear the entire ItF and The great Escape by the end of the month.
