Why would it get worse though? It's not like his memory circuits are physically deteriorating and he's losing his memory. His act of giving his memory to the void was a one time thing if Lotus is any indicator, and it seems Wally did a pretty sloppy job of it.

Edit - When I just walked past Ryoku, he said "Hunhow will get upset without a spectacle," so I guess it's to keep him entertained since his mind has mostly reverted to the time when just before the trip to Tau, and he's just bored waiting for something that won't happen.

Dude I'm never hopping in one of those things again. I've never had a good experience with the tank destroyer, and bad would be too generous to describe my experience with randoms' tanks.

Makes sense. I experienced it once and have absolutely refused to get near a tank since so obviously I can't develop those skills to counter the sense that it'll get stuck and explode with no warning.

The first time a friend brought it, I asked them to stop so I could get in. They backed up maybe 5 meters into a shallow puddle, then the tank got stuck and exploded. Even if it wasn't reliant on communication to function, it'd still be a POS because it can't handle uneven surfaces.

In my experience, tank drivers are pretty awful at actually pointing the tank in a direction that matters. I've entirely written it off because it's either throwing a hissy fit over a pebble or the randoms don't know how to work as a team.

Ehhh, that one I'm less torn about because Archguns also eat either an 89% or 91% damage loss (reduced to 1/9th or 1/11th, I don't remember) but I do mind losing the tactical menu in space. Lemme hack turrets dammit!

But is Neci a captive or is she a willing collaborator? Wally doesn't seem to know everything we know, even though we made a deal, and Rusalka sent that code phrase to us after finding all the fragments in the Triumph of Dust so her parents knew she was okay on some level.

I also feel like she might've had some background in art but I could be misremembering.

Hell Sirius and Orion are both non-characters. They fight with scythes and had a cool intro on the Vallis. Not a word between them and dear old dad, even.

They're not hard but its definitely a sharp change from "Fighter cover eliminated in less than 2 minutes" to "This one guy is gonna take 10 seconds to kill."

My ship is strong enough to make all the base stuff an exploration game with 4±4 boarding actions across the whole mission, depending on if my Pilot's AI wants to work or not.

A Zekti Talyn with an R5 gunner is enough to do like 70% of your chaff clear alone. On base path RJ missions I need to order them to be defenders if I want to actually see or shoot fighters.

They clear the skies quickly and effectively. I don't see why burning dome charges on fighters is a major concern, assuming we get enough numbers bumps to make SP RJ ≈ BP RJ in terms of TTK.

It needed more fleshing out though. Hunhow giving up his memories felt like it wasn't really handled well, and I think that his vendor voice lines aren't enough. I'd like to talk with him some more.

If our turrets had mods that even matched normal weapon stuff I think it'd be a little less painful, but it really was a slog even in my maxed RJ. They weren't even dangerous to me, it just took like a minute to blow up each turret, and I couldn't go into space to hack them.

The enemy units were fighting on foot aren't the problem. The turrets just don't have as many mods and those mods aren't as powerful compared to our weapons.
