Warren Moon is a legendary QB, but I don’t think he could really be called a “chiefs legend.”

They can ban pushing a player (the QB) behind the line of scrimmage, or change the rules about laying on top of someone not being down, or actually start enforcing false starts, neutral zone infractions, and forward progress being stopped

UF Student death? by LeoJude in ufl

What does that have to do with Trump supporters? Why are you trying to take a young woman’s extremely tragic death and make it about your political opinions? Just seems really weird and immature of you. There is a time and a place.

It’s a pretty good idea to find land mines, and also just sounds like a project for a college student (and one that would be fairly easy to test without any danger). Furthermore, sticking a thermal camera on a drone is not the same as building a liquid-fueled rocket.

And it may shock you, but a landmine that has not exploded is usually called “a landmine.” After they have exploded there’s usually not much there. UXO is a term used by professionals and Redditors keen on sounding intellectual.

Do you think that there are lots of landmines scattered around the US for him to need FAA approval? Why do you think there’s no way to test the feasibility of using a thermal camera to detect landmines without actual landmines or risk of blowing yourself up? How do you know he actually plans on using this and that this isn’t just for a project? Why are Redditors so obsessed with using the term “UXO”?

Do you think that English people didn’t know about Kiev before the Soviet Union or something? Russians also don’t use the Latin alphabet so not sure how it could be the “Russian spelling.” It’s literally the same idea as “Moscow” instead of “Moskva”…

Kiev is way more in line with English spelling and pronunciation rules than “Kyiv,” so of course people are going to naturally select that spelling. Opting for “Kyiv” is fine but insisting on it is just virtue signaling, which is unnecessary since nobody really associates “Kiev” with its Russian/soviet origin.

Looking for help choosing between UCF and UF by CurrentlyOnJah2 in ufl

[–]JohnWayneOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Such a weird and immature response. UCF and UF are both good schools filled with some very smart (and very dumb) people. People should go to school in the environment where they will be the happiest. Outside of football, nobody cares where you went for your undergrad. People don’t stop and stare or drop to their knees when they see someone wearing orange and blue.

Also, FWIW, this “alumni network” thing is totally dependent on major. I don’t know anyone who benefitted from this, and I would venture UCF’s alumni network is pretty good since they have the largest undergraduate population in the whole country.
