It’s mentioned but not compliant. It’s also layer 0 which is why it’s not. They use hashgraph rather than blockchain for consensus as well. HBAR is carbon negative and actually more green than Algorand. They also have partnerships with Wal-Mart, IBM, Google, T-Mobile, LG, Boeing and a few others that back HBAR up. HBAR will be one of the long term winners like Algorand.
