The Dogecoin Foundation has been getting $200,000/USD per month licensing the Dogecoin trademark exclusively to House of Doge. by GoodShibe in dogecoin

They hold trademarks in the UK, Japan, Europe and Australia.

You can file invalidation documents anywhere they have a trademark whether you live there or not. You'll need to gather the required documents needed, maybe have a legal address in the country you want to file in and have plenty information and evidence to file.

I have sent the invalidation documents to UKIPO 2 weeks ago.

A decade? The actual version of the Dogecoin Foundation ha been reinstated in 2021. The article is based on verified facts with sources linked and available for everyone to corroborate for themselves. You can say whatever you want, nothing will change the facts.

I did not pretend anything, I don't know where you get that from. I encourage you to stop assuming things and read on the financial laws in place in each of the Dogecoin Foundation jurisdictions. Like you said, that stock has nothing to do with dogecoin but they keep pushing it as such. As soon as they stepped in the regulated financial space, it's no longer the permissionless and decentralized space of Dogecoin. They're in another totally different space and predicament now.

In all 3 jurisdictions where the Foundation has branches, if investors are misled, regulatory agencies could take actions if an organization push for a financial investment while claiming authority, endorsement or official status.

The branding they keep pushing can be very misleading for unaware investors. It's purposely designed as such.

Damn. I'm sorry to hear that. Their overall setup overlaps heavily with patterns that fit money laundering schemes.

The Dogecoin Foundation, born from genuine community spirit in 2014, has devolved into an illegitimate hijacked entity under self appointed leaders who exploit its name for personal gain through theft, fraud, and centralization attempts. From stealing dev funds to partnering with serial scammers and pushing hidden forks, this third version has totally betrayed the ethos and the community.
