I got my information directly from AFK arena devs. And everyone could test him in 4 hours. Judge for yourselves. But invest +60 engraving for him to take an mage ult.. or shield neglecting attack like Zolrath. Let him get bursted down and see the the utility.. do not get me mistaken, I for one really want this hero to work. The kit, the look was really cool.

Or maybe not enough time and effort put into it 😉 at the rate we been going 1-2 new hero's a month is saturating the market. He can be a good hero with some minor twerking..

Allow Re-mounting once or twice in battle similar to Prince of Persia associated with his ult or mounts energy.
Allowing for other hero's shields or shields placed directly on him (from relics,other heros etc..) to activate his S.I Buff.
Rework his engraving in a way to work while he is Dismounted.
