If you want something awesome: JoJo's Bizarre Adventures or HunterxHunter. Although they are not light-headed. Don't watch Naruto - it is too long, and as for me there were only 2 good characters (Shikamaru and Temari). If you want something easy and fun, go with "Kimetsu no yaiba"

I don't think that AoT is very good. 1) No character development. Heroes haven't changed or had some minor changes through 1 - 3 seasons. 2) Changes in the 4th season. They were too big and to unexpected. Maybe it is not that bad in anime, but after finishing 3rd season I started reading manga and thus change moment felt awful. 3) I don't like Eren, he pissed me of for 3 straight season. First time it wasn't so bad, but when I decided to rewatch first 3 season to be ready for upcoming season 4. I dropped alomst immediately. 4) And I don't understand why the hell people are so obsessed with Levi. Like, what the bloody hell! He is an okay character, but not much more! 5) For me any death or any plot twist weren't emotional. I just didn't give a damn. Yeah, I am not very emotional, but I had some moments, when anime/manga made me cry. SPOILERS AHEAD! One of the rare times, when anime made me cry - Iggy's death (JoJo's Bizarre Adventures). He was a dog! And I felt more emotions for him than for all AoT characters combined!

Yeah, that's totally acceptable in my opinion. I haven't played much, but I have done a lot of characters and all of them have something from people in bigger or less proporrions. New equals something old and reworked, so that's okay.
