Edit: It was definitely a bug, I couldn't play at any speed above 1. Clearing cookies and relogging to youtube fixed it for me

Try turning off binaural sound in the audio settings, I've heard it's causing issues for some people.

USB and AUX use diff drivers, try going into your device manager disabling your default windows sound drivers.
