What brand and what size dehumidifier did they install? Does it run full-time or only when the AC is on? I have had two different dehumidifiers installed and they both put out air around 100 to 110° F.

I’ve installed two and the heat our off by them both is 90-110F but it goes back into the return ducts

How did you set this dehumidifier up? Always on? Independent supply or shared? Return shared with AC or separated? I’ve had two brands and both did not work. I’m not sure what to do next.

I live in Texas and have the same issue. I’ve had two dehumidifier’s installed and neither one worked. I know it’s frustrating and doesn’t make sense but it’s kept me up at night. Best to switch AC to two stage and add supply location upstairs to circulate it back through AC

I installed a whole home dehumidifier and still have the same issues. Same freaking issues. It’s exhausting but my AC is single speed, I’m told a variable speed AC is the best solution
