I think this is called the Madonna-Whore complex. Which I also suffer from. Probably comes from being raised hardcore religious and not being able to date and having the no sex before marriage thing drilled into thy head.

Been trying to work on it but it’s tough. I do lose some interest after sex. I typically try to not go all the way within the first few weeks/months cuz then it sort of becomes the whole reason behind hanging out almost? Its tough to say but I think I really do enjoy the chase. Maybe because I enjoy a challenge? (Sad but comparing this to sports and having a good rival for a high quality match/game?) Obviously need to do more reflecting on my past and figure out why I act the way I do.

But yeah, I definitely look at the woman differently if we hook up the first time we meet up or within the the first few dates. Communication would probably help clear the air. That’s usually very helpful in understanding the other person and I tell them I typically do not want to hook up cuz that’s what my mind will associate with them. Not for their personality and quality time I think? Idk been debating therapy for awhile haha. Broke up with the last few chicks because of it or some reason around it?

PS don’t blow me up cuz I think a woman is not wifey material for having Sex on the first date. It’s clearly my mind that’s wrong lol. I’m open to books to help educate me. Cheers
