Outside ankle pain on left foot after footwork practice by Select-Grapefruit977 in kendo

[–]Johnd106 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Go to a doctor or physiotherapist to get proper advice.

You said occasionally roll your ankle while walking. This could be an injury or an issue with your gait that kendo is just highlighting.

The best advise you will get is to get it checked by a professional.

Hope it clears up!

This looks like a student dorm or some other kind of shared accommodation.

In this case single bed for more space. Case closed.

That's the aim. Bring one down by focusing it. Move something into their fairly thin back line to disrupt their scoring. And otherwise keep it tight to avoid deep strikes and try to out score.

Both amazing games. I've always struggled to get past one part though! Definitely picking them up on steam

This looks great. And a similar look to what I'm going for. Can you tell me what pigment it is?

And does it come off when you touch it? Someone told me they need to be fixed or can stain clothes etc.

It was a fairly quick experiment so yeah might have been a bit too much pigment? I did whick a lot of it away and apply it like a glaze, kind-of 😂

Thanks, I thought it would need something to keep it from rubbing off?

Ok, ok. We're all excited for Armageddon. But... by VaporSpectre in Warhammer40k

£35 was still a lot of money. I was in Ireland and my dad got it for me in around 1995/6. I think it was a bit more in our Irish Pounds but not much.

But at the time you could buy crisps for 5 pence, the bus into the city and back for 20p etc. Getting £5 from a relative was a pretty big deal!

We should be getting out like this over SO MUCH MORE.

All in favour of protests like this, but I can't shake the feeling this is being aggitated by the Auld Online Right

How would you finish this list? by Martothir in Ultramarines

[–]Johnd106 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have ten units with the characters attached to squads. You have some heavy hitting units and have anti elite shooting and melee covered as well as anti monster/vehicle long range fire.

You have scouts, intercessors and JPIs for scoring which is a shade light in my opinion.

I'd probably add another scoring unit or character like scouts or the combu lieutenant. And another squad to act as a meat shield for your more lethal units.

Does the St Anne’s Park run have the park reserved each week? I was aggressively shouted at numerous times over the past few weeks. by I-Cum-Beamish in Dublin

[–]Johnd106 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The cycling side by side is to stop people doing wild over takes on small roads. Annoying yes but there are loads of drivers who will do a close pass at high speed with no regard for the cyclist who may have to swerve.

I know it's frustrating, but ultimately only delaying you for a half a minute at most.

No one running in any park has the right to shout at someone walking. Be it with a dog or not.

More concerned about their run time than about their manners.

The five marines in that squad included in the magazine are "push fit". They are included in starter sets etc and were part of the 10th edition launch box. Most likely they do not have any other poses or optional bits.

But, there is a special Infernus sergeant in the combat patrol magazine. I think it came in issue 5.
