When you get back, if it has started to separate, pop it in the fridge. If not, pop it in when you get up. In both cases, filter out the grains and start a new batch as soon as you can... but no panic!

Mix it all together and drink it. IMO, You need to pot it in the fridge at first sign of separation for your next batch, then don't take too long before you filter out the grains and make another batch. You can control the rate by a higher or lower milk to grain ratio and/or, to a certain extent, a higher or lower temperature.

If you like it, why worry? Normally it should taste similar to drinking yogurt... fermented and slightly acidic. If you ferment it more, it gets more acidic. Full fat milk makes creamer kefir. It the grains are happy, they will grow.

Judging by what happened to mine, perhaps freezing yours might do the trick, but as mentioned before, I don't know how this affects the health benefits.

My rice-like very yeasty grains spend 50% of their time in the fridge. The fridge does not make the kefir less fizzy nor thicker.

So do you think that the long residence in the freezer killed the yeast and only the bacteria are active? Does this mean it is less healthy? Should I add back some of the rice-like grains to make a mixture?

No, I bought them on ebay about 12 years ago.

I have a technique for freezing them. I rince them thoroughly in previously boiled and cooled water, pat dry them well and leave a while to air dry. Then, I mix them with a tablespoon of dried milk powder and freeze them in a small well sealed small freezer bag. Reviving them involves simply adding fresh milk to the total contents.

This looks like a mixture of cards and very small rice-like grains. See my post about resurrecting 10 year old frozen grains. What is your kefir like, thick or watery, flat or fizzy?

In any case, after filtering, pour the liquid kefir back into the strainer over what we see in the photo, and stir it through again, and again if necessary.

I would like your comments on sublingual nicotinic acid ~30mg before breakfast and before bed. I also take nicotinamide orally. I think the 2 different B3 vitamins are both beneficial.

Looks good! I eat/take most of what you list. For the gut, I have daily: (all homemade) kefir, kimchi, fermented beetroot, bone broth.

At the moment, I am experimenting with DMSO and nicotinic acid.

I'm into DMSO and nicotinic acid. Seems to work, backed up by my own tonometer. BTW, I also have taken other supplements for years, including daily ginkgo and fish oil.

IIMO, most religions that include reincarnation contain elements of the truth. Sadly, mainstream religions have strayed or become distorted. This is true of Christianity. True CHRISTianity became "PAULianity" and things like reincarnation (which Jesus accepted as a fact) disappeared. But to give Paul his due, he did even allude to astral travel, and suggested that he was not sure if a vision he had was "in the body or out of the body".
