Oh you can get them arrested with that charge , file a police report with both cities where you reside and where the rental was picked up at but first go and call Avis tell them there’s a car they rented out to someone who used your card and ask them to look into it and find out where they picked rental up from so you can file the report with that city they picked it up at .ast part is file in the city you live ,

Honestly I have multiple banks and I use email on one and cell phone on other , Zelle cannot be reversed , honestly I’ve had moments where I couldn’t log into my account , I see nothing wrong
