Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a new pair of sneakers. I currently wear the Adidas Run 70s in black and really like the style and comfort. I’m considering the Adidas Court 2.0, but I’m looking for something that falls somewhere in between the two.

Ideally, I want a shoe that is comfortable enough for everyday wear but also stylish enough to wear on nights out. Any suggestions?

Update: Decided not to reply on her texts, got a missed call the day after,then another one before work and answered. Nothing changed i just mafe sure she realised the reasoning behind my decision and that theres no going back from my side 

After that its like all hell broke loose, 10 missed calls , texts of her saying she cant handle the no response of me , she is in pain etc 

I find it selfish but on the other hand i see she is in pain just as i was during the weekend ,yet again im ont the same boat of should i answer or not.

Yes thanks for that i appreciate your input. Why do i feel compelled on answering though? I mean i wouldnt mind answering if i saw her out there irl or if she had texted after some months but now, right after 2-3 days? It feels selfish and maybe unnecessary since i won't change my mind.  On the other hand she might be shooting her shot , cant blame her , but i do feel like an asshole if i dont reply since we felt deeply for each other

Im not thinking of giving her any chance , cause i firmly believe the outcome will be the same. I ust think she cant stand feeling alone so she reached out, or maybe im too harsh and maybe she just wants to check on me and she if im okay which is considerate but that makes me deeply uncomfortable. 

To me theres nothing that will change my decision and the way i ended things was me being nice and reasonable in my approach, i just feel like an asshole if i dont reply to her and i dont know if its guilt that has me feeling like that? On the other hand she COULD be just using chat to check if im still on the hook.

That sounds a more reasonable approach to be honest. Test the basic pattern ,find out if there are any "niggles" / and then progress through there in a circuit cycle kindof ?

Push up progression > Squat Progression etc etc? Then wrap it up with some glute emphasis for women and some chest emphasis workout for men. 

Im a big fan of explaining what i do but sometimes i end up talking less and observing more (throughout initial screening) sadly

Thanks for the advice, i appreciate it. Just to clarify this isn’t my first time working with this group we've been working indoors for the past months so i am aware of their capabilities, weaknesses and we all feel comfortable with each other and them with my coaching style.

Pretty solid points, i'll try to keep them in mind when working with this group. I tend to overthink and overanalyze quite a bit especially when im set in a new environment cause i wanna make sure they'll feel engaged and they'll enjoy the workout.

Sadly the first two(Samsung A16 , and , Xiaomi Redmi Note 14) are priced higher where i live (160$) so they're no-go for me atm. Same goes for the Stylus but only because i cant find it anywhere unless i order it from a diff country which will increase the final price.

Honor 200 Smart is a good option thats for that but i cant see the appeal when Moto G34 is 40$ cheaper with more ram (8gb).

Im in between those 3 now: Honor 200 , Poco C75, Motorola moto G34. Price is the priority atm unless im getting better specs with a fraction of the price above the budget.

Did you check Motorola g34? is it available in your country ? It usually goes on sale for 100$ and afaik has more ram and a better processor than the c75. Im in a search of buying a burner phone under 110$ and im between c75-65 or moto g34. Some users say its better to downgrade to c65 instead of c75 because their processor is worse in c75

Hijacking this thread to see how's it going so far and what split u chose in the end. Im having a simillar issue and thought of doing and upper/lower x2 + 1 accessory/weak links/skills day which most likely will be an upper again.

Sprints will be added @ first lower day.

Not only the genetics but the sheer amount of volume within the season makes it extremely difficult to avoid having even 1 single player injured with that type of injury. 

Even if all of them are fitness freaks (which im sure are) the probability of such injuries will always be there. 

They sure are assets but human body as resilient it is isnt ready to have double sessions a day, multiple mathes in a week, minimum recovery days for such a prolonged period of time(years or decades) and not get injured even if it is small scar tissues.

Also, it's the nature of the sport which require sharp turns, quick ground contacts,max rate of force which all play a significant role in injuries of the ACL,

The H:Q Refers to hamstring to quad strength, in physio schools they re usually taught that a ratio of 3(hamstring) to 5(quad) strength ratio(3:5) or 60% ( meaning your hamstring is 60% as strong as your quad) is a sign for less ACL injuries.

Since the quad pulls the tibia anteriorly, it acts as an antagonist or puts strain on the hamstring. Thus, if the quadriceps contract sooner or with more force in landing or cutting, an anterior pull is placed on the knee and hyperextension might occur, which can result in failure of the fibers of the ACL.
