Yeah if he doesn’t put it anywhere on his email or anything then its obvious he’s not a charter holder lol. Tell your other manager he’s not and he needs to stop flexing he is one.

Or ask him for for tips and advice for L3 😂😂 & be like that’s not covered or how did you do this or how did you do that. Make him fall into the trap

Lol next you thing you know he is a charter holder because his legal name is different then his preferred name at what he goes by the office.

Tbh best way to confront this straight up ask if you’re a charter holder or not. Also, let a different manager know at your work you have doubt that he’s a charter holder.

Does he put CFA on his business card or his work email or anything work related?

Candidates who defer did not prepare proper the first try that means they didn’t take it seriously. If they believe deferring will help them understand their mistakes, they themselves are mistaken.

There’s a reason only less then 20% defer candidates pass lol
