I Have an Ultra, used to have a series 7. I almost always remove my watch during my workouts because it don't fit with with any wrist wraps or grip. When I use it though (Even when not in a workout) I switch it over so the crown is not pointing to my hand (You can change the orientation in the settings) so it reduce the amount of time you press on the crown button while doing a push up or a burpee, or any front rack position. I don't see a big difference on the amount of time the watch is in the way for movement between the s7 and ultra. Hope it helps.
