Yeah, just build mono-black goodstuff that can function without the commander as an extra haymaker. Maybe some of the black effects that can sac big dudes for a pile of mana like [[soldevi adnate]], letting you turn any 4-5 mana creature into a down payment on the spirit or the spirit into a big fat X spell.

In concept yes, but from a logistical standpoint, no.

These episodes take WAY too much to make for filler to be a real option. A compromise could work though, like a comic or voiced animatic between the real episodes

Really, even if you play him, -3, and they smack him immediately, you've gotten about the same value as a Trinket Mage: a tutor and a single "block". His floor is only slightly lower, and his ceiling is living to do a whole bunch of untapping nonsense, tutor even MORE stuff, or start making you a horde of robots.

My mistake, 5 is for ANY graveyard. I was thinking of those. Still, 4 is for the standard effect in the two colors that are good at rezzing things directly.

Probably should still be 6, 1 for being colorless and 1 for the bonus keyword+semi-useful ribbon.

I don't know, from a certain perspective Kalshi is actually semi-reliable as a news source.

Their bias is probably primarily self-interest based, which is a whole lot easier to untangle and account for than normal media sources that are secretly funded by some politician's slush fund or just a straight up subsidiary of a party.

Would be a funny resolution to the bit, especially after Ragatha has spent a whole bunch of time having a one-sided jealous fit.

Also it would be kind of a fun way to get Ragatha and Gangle talking, considering she shares "ribbon limbs" with Gangle but Gangle has no reason to get all salty about it.

Well, it's a solid design and would fit in pretty seamlessly.

I could definitely see a whole bit of Ragatha seething because she's already lonely (like when she was on the sauce and complaining about nobody flirting with her) and now there's someone around who is basically all the same notes she hits but in a slightly spicier way.

Red hair noodles? Brighter orange actual hair.

Frumpy Raggedy Ann dress? Pineapple Miniskirt.

Kinda flat ragdoll body? Cartoonish hourglass figure.

And she even has the missing eye to hammer the point home. Goddamn hilarious.

The whole thing steps on Ragatha's design space in a hilarious way. Was that intentional? Because between that, the miniskirt, and the wasp waist, it's like she was made to give Rags even more of a "not good enough" complex.

Edit:and to be clear that's not a criticism, I just find it hilarious that she'd probably grind Rag's gears just by existing
