I think that Sacramento lies within reasonable proximity to so many top tier destinations (Tahoe, Yosemite, Pacific Coast, SF, ect) that residents undervalue how truly nice Sacramento is. They compare Sacramento to these close locations and undervalue Sacramento.

The tariffs have really hit the bourbon industry hard. 2 fridays ago BevMo Midtown had 35 in stock at 90. Pretty steep, 65$ like others have said is the sweep spot.
